5.00Joy is a wonderful teacher, so calm and patient and kind, we had a beautiful time deciding what we were going to make together. Joy showed us how to make a delicious Massaman Curry, Pad Thai and sping rolls, while allowing us to customise our own food to our personal taste, with options for different dietary requirements. The experience was theraputic, informative and very tasty. Stunning views and of course Lissa the cat was a highlight! You must not miss this course, well worth your time while in Koh Tao.
