What To Expect
Ahu Akivi
1. Pick up at the accommodation and we go to Ahu Akivi (30 min) 2. Exploration of Ahu Akivi and its seven Moai (1 hour) In this guided tour, it is the only place where the moai are looking at the sea, and the different stories related to oral tradition and the mysteries hidden even in one of the most isolated places.
Puna Pau
3. Visit to the Pukao quarry (1 hour) In this place, you will see beautiful panoramic views which will show you 180° of our island, it is also a beautiful place which is the quarry of the famous PUKAO, the red cylinder that goes at the head of the MOAI.

5.00We were on Easter Island recently and chose NCP Rapa Nui to organize our cultural tours and learning — and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The agency is genuinely local and run by rapanuis committed to preserving the culture, history and identity of the island. From the first contact, the care was attentive, organized and transparent. The guides (all locals!) have a deep knowledge not only of the archaeological sites, but also of the stories, myths and spiritual values of the people of Rapa Nui. At each stop, we felt that we were not just visiting tourist places, but actually living an authentic cultural immersion, with respect and conscience. The scripts are well thought out, with enough time for contemplation, photos and reflections. Transportation was punctual and comfortable. Special highlight for the care with the small groups — nothing of mass excursions, which makes everything more intimate and respectful with the island's sacred places. Another positive point is the commitment of NCP to sustainable and community tourism. They clearly explain the rules of visiting the sites, encourage respect for nature and ancestors, and work with an ethical and educational perspective. If you want more than just to “see moais,” and understand the true essence of Easter Island, its millennial history, its resistance and its spiritual beauty, I highly recommend NCP Rapa Nui. Without a doubt, they made a difference in our journey.

5.00Rapa Nui is a magical island, the first impact occurs when arriving and seeing from the plane that great green space in the middle of the deep blue Pacific Ocean, we were welcomed with flowers and dances, people are cheerful, relaxed and friendly, especially Nicolas our guide, always close, tirelessly conveying the beautiful history of the island, at every stop and in every place there is too much to discover and learn, Nicolas made our experience on the island unforgettable, not only for its unique and incredible landscapes, but also for its amazing history.
