What To Expect
Berkeley Memorial
The Berkeley Memorial was erected in 1883 and was for a long time the only public memorial commemorating an individual in St. Kitts. It was dedicated to the memory of Thomas Berkeley Hardtman Berkeley, a legislator and owner of the estates called Fountain, Greenland, Greenhill, Ottleys, Shadwell and Stone Fort.
Immaculate Conception Co-Cathedral Catholic Church
CO-CATHEDRAL OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION is an ornate church constructed out of grey stone and located on the eastern side of Independence Square. In the early years of the French occupation of St. Kitts, the Jesuits had build a Roman Catholic Church and dedicated it to Our Lady. Notre Dame was burned in 1706 during the Anglo-French war and rebuilt later as St. Georges Anglican Church. The catholic congregation in St. Kitts diminished drastically in the years following the Treaty of Utrecht.

1.00It is a scam, do not hire this tour in Spanish with Annie because then if you want it you have to pay € 28 more before getting in the van or they do it in English. Viator knows this and has not taken action, reimbursed us or otherwise compensated us. For the next excursion I'll go with Civitatis who seem more serious.

5.00We took a van tour with Annie’s in St Kitts and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our driver, Joe, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history, which really brought the island to life for us. He was also a very pleasant and friendly person, making the entire tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. We learned so much while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

5.00Great tour of St Kitts. Very knowledgeable guide. My only challenge with this tour was trying to find the meet up location. Instructions were vague at best. The operator needs to have signage. Once we were on our way to the bus, everything was smooth sailing.

5.00On the day, we’re supposed to be six people but 4 didn’t show. Still went ahead with just the two of us. Joe wasn’t just the driver, he was a great tour guide, knew everything about the island and was a mine of information.
