4.00Hallstatt is a beautiful village in the mountains by a wonderful lake. Very pretty. Enjoyed the time there. The bus driver was unfamiliar with the vehicle and did not know how to turn on the a/c and fan. After complaints half way thru the journey, the a/c was functioning. The bus driver and tour guide have the requirement to very that the bus functions properly before guests arrive. This was unacceptable.
