  The tour was really good, the owner was really friendly, attentive and helpful all the time. We hire the tour to Lan Ha Bay and also a private car, which we needed immediately after the tour to get to the airport. Everything was well organised and on time.

  From the beginning of the booking the local provider Concierge person was prompt to contact and request and provide all the necessary details! It was smooth with zero hidden costs! The people were so helpful when I arrived at the port to assist me to check in with plenty of time so I was not rushed! The on board guide Tin and the ships crew and staff members were outstanding - especially Rosie who attended my table but all staff were observably brilliant! I chose this tour as a day trip because it started early not at lunchtime! You get your moneys worth on time but so much more value to leave early and see the best locations before it was busy! I cancelled another overnight tour as they had many additional hidden costs which more than doubled their advertised price on another app! I ended up booking this and staying on Cat Ba at a beautiful resort for half of the total costs of the other tour with MORE time on the water! In summary I loved it!

  Unbelievable experience & my life long dream to view The bay. We visited the largest cave I’ve ever seen amongst the breathtaking views of the panorama of the 2000 islands! The food was incredible Too. Loved it. Communication with Viett the organizer was simple and smooth. He was so helpful! Recommend to anyone !

  Great help with booking cruise and range the boat in Ha Long Bay, although we had very poor time. He set up with his private car so that we both reached a ride to the ATM and came down to the kaia in time. Incredibly positive and helpful!

  I recommend this excursion with your eyes closed to all those who wish to discover Halong Bay authentically. Everything was perfect we have lunch on board there are activities on offer, in the evening we watch the sunset in Halong it was just amazing! Very reasonable price compared to competitor for the same experience. Many thanks to our guide Aviet who was there for us from start to finish! You can book with your eyes closed We were reluctant at first because no opinion but it has just started and it was a pleasant surprise!
