5.00The highlight of our trip. My family of inexperienced quad drivers were met with the facilitators on time, picked up over an hour from where the activity took place and dropped back in time. The experience was amazing and we'd 100% do it again! Even got to meet some of the camels in the local farm.

5.00Amazing experience, it's a must do. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! The made sure we were safe and knew how to use the bikes. Great views and they stop to take pictures of you which looked amazing !! The bread and tea is delicious ! Wanted more !! All should books and try this experience

2.00Was informed by WhatsApp about pickup time that was done by a taxi that took us a short distance to meet a minibus ( poor state of repair), we drove to a neighboring town to meet more customers who arrived in the same taxi we had been picked up 30 minutes earlier, our driver spoke little English so this didn’t help, once another family had joined us we drove a further 30 minutes to the Quad center. The initial opinion on our arrival was that the Quads looked old and in extremely poor condition, this proved to be the case as we found out. One brake on each Quad was working, we had to it in drive all the time, one Quad had to be charged up using a spare battery before we could start, once we began, this Quad stalled at least twice before we got on the track, our guide had to get a spare spark plug and wire brush from my Quad to get the broken Quad started. My Quad had poor steering, so I had to adapt to this ( but I’ve ridden Quads many times so wasn’t an issue), my wife’s Quad had sticking throttle lever making it very difficult to control the speed which resulted in her getting a sore hand (another rider experienced similar issues) I swapped Quads and confirmed the throttle was not reliable but my wife was struggling even more with my original Quads bad steering so we swapped back. Two other Quads also stalled and had to charged to get going. All the Quads were damaged with tyres with no tread. The track was good and views were excellent but the whole experience was marred by the poor quality of Quads we were using. We don’t know if better companies use the same track/route as we did see another couple riding there with what looked like a better Quad. I’d say the Quads were mechanically dangerous and spoilt what should have been a good experience. The tea and bread with Olive Oil afterwards was excellent I’d recommend Viator drop this particular company from their recommended tours

2.00Friendly staff, but an experience that is not worth the visit. Having already taken a quad excursion during a previous trip to Crete that was perfect, we were excited about the idea of doing this activity. However, we were very disappointed with this activity: the quad tour is mainly a ride on a vacant lot (filled with trash and dirty) on quads with significant maintenance issues. - My quad had no front brakes, and when I restarted it, it exploded between my legs. - My partner's quad had an oil leak, so she was splashed with hot oil on her calf. - The quad of another couple in our group was crab-walking and was difficult to handle. - These are old quads without maintenance, with a jury-rigged electrical system that produces a huge amount of smoke with a really unpleasant smell. Overall, the activity is not worthwhile; the advertised landscapes are very dirty, and the age and danger of the quads make this activity absolutely not worth its price. You can pass by without regrets.
