It was a nice 4 hour experience. Nice introduction to the city with highlights and some history. A quick stop at the at Train Street to see train go through and a drink. A visit to a local house and family was one of the highlights At the end delcious lunch and we tried egg coffee and I had coconut coffee which is iced and absoutley delcious. Our tour guide Anni was very sweet and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and was super helpful with recommendations of things to see and do and even and even sent a list to us. Anni made the trip perfect :) Our driver Leo was a pro weaving through the chaotic streets of Hanoi. Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our jeep tour today and it was a memorable experience for our family. Ms. Anni, our guide, was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also very thoughtful, making sure the tour suited us as we were traveling with two small kids. She spoke excellent English and made everything easy and enjoyable. We also want to sincerely thank our driver, Mr. Orange, for his safe and smooth driving, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. This tour made our time in Hanoi extra special, and we would happily recommend it to other families.

Had a great day with Chris, he's quite knowledgeable about the history of the city, particularly Hi Chi Minh and the war. We visited many places and it was nice to finish off the tour with an egg coffee

I took the tour on a difficult day for the tour organiser as it was a big celebration day in Vietnam. While some other tours were canceled, this tour boldly continued to operate and go around traffic restrictions and crowds to make my day really worthwhile. A perfect blend of monuments and experiences were included to give a great feel of Hanoi and the country as well. The guide, Johnny, patiently explained not only the particular monuments and historic sites, but also weaved in Vietnam's history and narrated many interesting tit-bits about it's rulers, people and culture that made the experience enriching. He went beyond the call of duty to take great personal care of my welbeing, guiding me in crossing streets, take the best photos, shielding me from rain, and cautioning me about the little precautions to be taken to make the experience a smooth hassle free one. He made me feel like a very special guest in the many small but meaningful gestures. Ever smiling and bubbly, I had to caution him to go slow lest he tired out!

Apart from long ride from Hanoi the rest was fantastic. Cruise tour, swimming and hiking were the best. Next time I will choose speed boat.

We recommend this tour very highly. Jim was our tour guide, and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us great information on the history and culture of Vietnam. He also answered all of our questions, and I felt like we all learnt so much more about life in Vietnam. The tour itself was great. Jim suggested a change because of the crowds in Hanoi in the lead up to Independence Day, so we didn't go in to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Instead, we went to the B52 Museum, which was fascinating. Train Street was a highlight, as was the Hidden Gem cafe at the end. We had our first egg coffees, which were like a hot tiramisu. The tour was great, but we came away with a whole heap of recommendations from Jim. We tried out one of the local restaurants he suggested last night and it was great!

Mr. Baki was our tour guide, speaking fluent english, having an energetic personality, great storytelling throughout the jeep with backstreet tour. The highlight was when he takes you to a cafe along the train tracks where the trains are actively travelling through. One commendable part was him taking his personal time after the tour to hang out and chill, striking a engaging conversation about local culture and seeing things from the perspectives of a Vietnamese. That was truly an enriching experience. P.S. Appreciate the time, bro. Keep on hustling, all the best in your future endeavour
