5.0This is a real fun one! Vintage army jeep (very well maintained), a great guide in Tim, good food and loads of fun. We took the evening tour, and are so glad we did, because we got a wonderful guided tour of sights and lights that a day bus tour with another company reached nowhere near to. Do this if you want a true 'taste' of Ha Noi, with coffee and sightings in 'train street' to boot!

5.0We had the most incredible night tour with our fabulous guide Fred and our driver Mr Q. Fred shared her knowledge of her home city with us in clear English. She was knowledgeable, kind and took great photos for us that she airdropped to us at dinner at the end. Train Street was exhilarating when the train rushed by. We saw so many sights and met an 80 year old local who invited us into his home and shared his stories with us. He even played instruments for us. Mr Q was amazing at driving through the chaos of the streets and tiny laneways. Dinner at the end was delicious in the hidden restaurant down the tiny alleyway. I highly recommend this tour - it's one of the best we have ever done anywhere in the world.

3.0Pros: Our guide was nice. You get nice breeze in the evening session. Cons: Questionable company. I left my honest 3 star review in TripAdvisor and I was asked to modify it because the company would rate guides just by the number. My review was feedback for the evening session, where you cannot see a lot of architectures and lakes because there aren't enough lights, which is nothing to do with the guides. :( This rating is to help travellers, so I have to leave my honest review... Hope the tour company improves their policies.
