Excellent and well organised tour. Booked the tour just the day before. Easy communications via WhatsApp. We were picked up by Hoa, Dan, Ngan at agreed 8:00 am time from our hotel. The bikes are modern with back rests which felt more comfortable and secure. The bike drivers were very good at skilfully navigating the Hanoi traffic. The tour took us to some non tourist sites as well as the major sites. The overall tour took approx. 2.5 hour including coffee at the famous Train Street. Highly recommended.

Anne and Emma were both amazing tour guides, accommodating to our needs, and safe drivers! The tour was very informative and the motorbikes are fun to be on and a great way to see lots of parts of Hanoi. You cover quite a few attractions and lunch and vietnamese snacks are included!

I have a nice time with Long in Hanoi. I had a great experience hanging out with him. He was impeccable the whole time. I am grateful to have met him here during my stay. It made sooo much easier to navigate the city with him by my side. Believe me when I say you cannot find a more informed and kind person as your guide.

I had an incredible private city tour with Hoa (guide) and Su (driver)! I can't recommend this tour enough. They have am itinerary ready to go including Banana Island and the experience of driving across the oldest bridge in the city. We went down alleys and train street. We had an authentic egg coffee and moon cake from a place overlooking b-52. They heard me talking about the Obama Bourdain restaurant and asked if I wanted that instead of planned meal. So we did! Most of all, these two young university graduates are simply wonderful, passionate and curious people. We had delightful conversations about everything from culture to dark matter to how dragonflies predict rain...to queendoms! I learned so much! They went over the scheduled time and were just amazing hosts. Well worth the private tour if you want personalized attention and experience and to get to know these beautiful people! Thank you to my new friends Hoa and Sue!

What a fantastic experience! You read a lot of these reviews and the positive feedback isn’t overrated. We had a wonderful half day, starting at 1pm (finishing after 5pm) cruising around the city, stopping at five different food/coffee places + key sites around Hanoi. We crossed epic bridges, saw monuments, delved into the bustle and traffic chaos that is the streets of this city. Our guides were absolutely lovely company and we’re amazing with our two young kids. We really did question whether this tour would be safe for kids, but the reassurance of helmets for all and confirmation the team had toured with kids before helped. And it was wonderful. We felt super safe (reserved speeds) with good instructions on hopping on and off. Travelling with a 3 & 5 yo can add to the fun, and the team embraced the kids with gusto. We were encouraged to wear face masks for the pollution, and long sleeves for sun protection. Recommend long pants, sunglasses and sunscreen with t-shirt as it was pretty warm! (we were here during hot, rainy season). All in all a highlight during our two week trip in Vietnam. There’s definitely something to be said for experiencing the city by scooter.
