5.00Kei was amazing!! I had such a great time during our time in harajuku, and he helped us so much with navigating the shops and showing us such unique spots! He was extremely kind and flexible with us with what we wanted to do, and encouraged us to visit places we would have probably skipped otherwise! Very great experience, and would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Japan for the first time!

He made sure my daughter Jacqueline was able to visit every spot on her wish list, from the famous Takeshita Street to hidden gems we never would have found on our own. Hideki-san was warm, kind, and full of fascinating knowledge about the area’s history and culture. His thoughtful planning and attention to detail made our afternoon truly special. It was an absolute pleasure spending the day with him, and I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you, Hideki-san, for making our Harajuku visit unforgettable! 🇯🇵✨

5.00Kaori was the consummate host and a wealth of knowledge. First, she's a former educator who knows how to interact with and really engage kids. She was thoughtful, kind, and patient. She also was flexible and flagged stores and experiences that she thought our kiddos would enjoy. Second, she shared a lot of tips and insights into Tokyo and Japanese culture. We loved hanging out with her for the afternoon-and our kids rated this adventure as one of their favorites! Thank you Kaori!!!!!

5.00Narita was an incredible guide. The tour was SO much fun. Despite the heat and humidity we had an amazing time exploring and finding treasures in every corner. From sticker stores and rainbow cotton candy to character 3D cold cocoa and coffee this tour can be tailored to your tastes and interests. Highly recommended for everyone.

5.00The Harajuku 1/2 day tour with Mana was delightful. Taking a tour with a Tokyo resident is the way to experience the city. It felt like a half day with a friend by the end of it. Mana curated fun day out and adjusted the itinerary to meet our needs.

5.00It can be quite daunting to visit Harajuku with so much to see but Mutsuko’s half day tour was perfect for my teenager daughters. She took us to such cool and fun places that we could never have found by ourselves. A fantastic tour!

5.00Picture the scene ... a couple in their 50s with their teenage niece in tow wanting to spend several hours in the throbbing heart of Harajuku ... Quite a daunting prospect but that's where the Half-day Kawaii Tour and Eriko (our guide) enter the scene. It was very clear from the first few minutes that Eriko and our niece had a fantastic bond and that Eriko knew exactly where to go, what to see, and what to do. We use private guides a lot but it is rare for one to exceed our expectations by so much. Virtually everything she suggested was an instant success with our niece and she adapted the program as went went along to focus on things that were of most interest ... including assistance in the dressing up photo booth and helping to translate all the instructions to get the classic strip of photos produced. We purposely chose a Sunday afternoon visit to get the full Harajuku effect ... which meant it was completely mobbed with teenagers and tourists. Eriko was able to weave our way thru' the crowds, find the specialist shops, and also the hidden alleyways to enhance the experience. We honestly don't know what could have been done to make the afternoon more successful. Eriko - thank you for care and attention throughout our time with you! If it was possible to give a 6 star review we would!!!
