Unfortunately we missed this excursion due to email. Watch your junk folder when you book via Viator - their emails contain subject lines with many characters, which sometimes sends the email to the junk folder. Our booking email and Viator both indicated a 9 am pickup from our resort. I received an email the day before indicating a 7:30 am pickup, but it went to my junk folder and by the time I saw it it was past the pickup time.

Caves were fascinating and commentary informative and entertaining. Also visited Hunte’s garden as part of a package but would have liked more time at Harrison’s to enjoy the garden, bird section and general areas before transferring onto Hunte’s. A very nice centre to spend more time beyond one of the experiences on offer.

I loved both the cave and Gardens. The one criticism was there was not enough time at caves. I would have liked to look around and did not even have time to visit gift shop as we were all rushing to get back to bus for 1030. There really wasn’t any reason for 1030 departure. We could have left at 11 and then just departed half hour later from gardens. We had lots of time at gardens. Both Cave and Gardens were worth going to see. Both were beautiful.

Lovely trip and really enjoyed it. We don't realise the caves and gardens were in different locations but that was ok.

We booked this excursion as we were arriving via a cruise ship. This excursion does not pick up at terminal, so be aware you’ll have to find own transportation, which cost us again about half the excursion cost. Harrison Cave was great in itself. Excellent experience there and Hunters garden was nice. We did have a great taxi driver who went out of his way to help us out! Disappointed by the lack of communication on pick up location by the company

Harrison’s caves scenery was amazing but what stuck out to me was the employees and their love and passion for the job making it an educational, fascinating and rewarding experience coming out from a place where I learnt history about the place that aspect was thanks to the bird instructor Rawle and then the workers che and Andre gave a happy vibe making the cave tour enjoyable

Entertaining and informative cave experience with a small group. Amazing visual experience and safe tram ride underground. Lots of personal attention and time for photos.

We enjoyed the botanical garden and cave tour but they ran very behind schedule and we had asked to do the cave tour first and we’re not allowed and we barely made it back to our ship as our tour started about 45 minutes late. Aldo no children’s shirts in the gift shol but lots of kids activities at the place

Charming place, best to go when it opens in the morning so that you can enjoy it in peace before other people turn up. Lovely plants, beautiful music and birds create unusual atmosphere
