Final hour of the three hour+ tour will be self guided using audio guide. Christ church entry tickets are limited- so please book ahead. If we cannot run the tour, you will be refunded or you may select a rescheduled date.
This tour also visits the Divinity school film site at the Bodleian library- as & when this secondary venue is open. Pre paid entry included included unless Divinity school is closed. On such dates, we will add entry instead to New college.

Christchurch entry fee worth £18 per person by pre paid entry ticket. Please note that Christ church does not permit guiding inside the college, so. this final one hour part of the tour will be self guided using audio guide with guaranteed pre booked entry ticket and the tour ends with us dropping you off here.

5.00Anna was prompt in meeting us at the appointed place. She was knowledgable and courteous, keeping us in the shade as it was record breaking heat in Oxford that day. She kept us moving, and also gave us time to soak in the sites and history. You'll have a lovely time with her, and enjoy the HP places without fuss.

5.00We are lucky to meet our tour guide, Peter who was nice to bring us to walk around the attractions of Oxford and provide detailed background/history of the place. Although we are not native speakers, Peter was very patience to explain to us in funny and interesting way. Kids love to wear the costumes and visit the scene of Harry Potter films. They request to see the films/book after the tour. We enjoy the tour. It gives us a good impression on Oxford. Highly recommended.

5.00Friendly, knowledgeable guide! Enjoyed the insight and knowledge of JK Rowling, CS Lewis, Tolkien and Lewis Carroll. No preknowledge needed for tour, but added a lot for our experience having read already some of their works!

5.00Peter was an impressive guide for our family recently in Oxford. We had a bit of hybrid tour with HP Christ’s Church and a River Cruise. Was a beautiful day! Peter had prepared a lovely lunch for us and we started at St. Michael’s church and then headed to the river where we then went to St. Mary’s historic church. We were amazed at Peter’s vast knowledge of Oxford facts as well as all things Harry Potter, Lewis and Tolkien. Unexpected extra stops at the famous Turf Tavern, Blackwell’s Book Shop and the Covered Market rounded out the day nicely. Peter not only provided lunch to our multi allergenic family, but also outfits to wear to celebrate our HP love. We toured the gorgeous Bodleian Library and of course Christ’s Church. Many tricky trivia questions also were a fun experience! We highly recommend touring with Peter and Visit Oxford Tours!
