More than a taxi. Your Journey across Roatan will begin with us contacting you via SMS, WhatsApp or phone call to review the details of your booking. Then you will receive specific meeting instructions depending on your pickup location, and medium of transportation.
Depending on your group size and our pickup itinerary, we will wait for further travelers coming on the same flight or guests in the same customs queue. Our wait times never exceed 30 minutes and often Shared Shuttle guests ride in private vehicles.
We stand apart to other shuttle services thanks to our commitment to our guest's comfort and schedules. We adapt to you and your party's needs.
Also, our chauffeurs are residents of Roatan or full islanders and know the land, culture and history of this beautiful island.

What To Expect
After you book with us with Viator, you will receive an immediate confirmation for your booking and we will message you with the details of your shuttle booking. Please respond to our message if there are any special requirements or needs for you or your party. Before your Trip: Before your scheduled travel date, we will message via SMS, email (Viator) or WhatsApp you a confirmation for your booking and instructions on where to meet. Instructions: After Plane Arrival: After your plane arrives and you pickup your checked in bags, you will exit into the main terminal, to your right you will find the bathrooms and a coffee shop called Espresso Americano. You will find us, opposite to that coffee shop holding a sign with your name and our logo. There you will confirm with our driver your name, the names of your party members and your destination before departing.

5.00I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

He carried my bags and gave me lots of information during the drive about the island . He even stopped at a store for us. He was very friendly , professional and kind hearted . Lots of help. 5.00I highly recommend Roatan Airport Shuttles for transportation if you are visiting Roatan. Upon exiting the airport I saw Mario holding a sign with my name on it. I walked up to him, he greeted me and my husband, we were then escorted to the car. He asked if we wanted to stop by the grocery store on our way. Mario was very friendly and personable. After dropping us off, he reached out via What'sApp to see how our vacation was going and to let us know who would be our driver for our departure. I reached out later in the week to provide our departure pick up time, I also requested to stop by a jewelry store on the way to the airport. Adrian reached out the morning of our pick up to let us know he was on his way. He arrived early and was waiting for us. He confirmed my request to stop by the jewelry store, he was very accommodating. You can also hire them to take you to different locations around the island. Both Mario and Adrian were great. If I returned to Roatan, this is the only company I will use for transportation.
