We begin our journey through the darker side of Dublin's storied history in the midst of the famous Temple Bar, before plunging into the dark heart of the old medieval city.
On our ghoulish adventure through the city, we'll venture down cobbled lanes and alleyways, getting to the lesser-seen sides of some of Dublin's most famous landmarks, as well as uncover some of the city's best kept secrets, and forgotten corners.

3.00Guides were great and able to pivot quickly due to Dublin Castle being closed and completely off limits (it’s also 60% of the tour) Viator should have noted this on their site, since the entire city knew the Castle was closed for the New Year’s celebrations. Would think twice before recommending during the holidays.

5.00Deirdre was an amazing guide, very entertaining to listen to and told the stories beautifully. The walk was great as we saw a large part of Dublin, including places we hadn’t been yet. We got to know the city through the historical facts she shared which was lovely! P.S. The stories were mostly historical, could use a more haunted narrative! If you are really into scary stories, this tour won’t disturb your sleep ;)
