Gina’s love of Alaska and enthusiasm made this tour special. We were never rushed at any of the stops. Plenty of time to shop at the Santa Claus House (and have her take our pictures on Santa’s throne), the Alaska Bowl Company…and visit the Museum at the University of Alaska, plus several other stops! She went above and beyond to make everyone have a great time…to the extent when she found out that I didn’t have time to eat before the tour, she offered to take me through the Mc Donald’s drive thru! Now THAT is personal service! If you want a fun tour with a reliable guide, Gina is the best!

AK Bucket List Tours is apropos to our situation. My friend Celia and I are seniors like thousands of travelers out there looking for special moments/memories. This trip was my 4th to Alaska and Celia's first. It’s something about the beauty of the state and the friendly people that keep me coming back. On my last trip to Fairbanks in 2025 I went on this exact tour and had a wonderful experience. So, I got in touch with Gina and asked if she was still doing tours because I was coming back with another friend. I was thrilled to learn that not only was she doing tours but now owned her own company, AK Bucket List Tours. I immediately said, Sign me up”. During our week stay I had Gina arrange all our tours and got to see the Northern Lights 3 out of 3 times we went hunting. Gina gives 110% to her clients and will rearrange this tour to meet your needs. We went to a museum, shopped a Vintage Festival where we got some great original jewelry pieces, went to the wood bowl factory and bought some great stuff there. Stopped by a local bakery that had excellent pastries and topped it off by going to a Chowder house where they had sandwiches. pasta and in-house desserts to die for to take back to our AirbNb. Gina knows all the great spots, will treat you like a VIP, and just tell her to take you where Judy went..ha/ha It was a relaxed, easy going day. We did this our last day in Alaska and got to sit back and enjoy. I also want to mention that tour guides do except tips. Some people may not know this, but tipping helps guides out financially just like others that assist you on your travels. The money you pay for the tour goes for a lot of different expenses. So be kind to your guide and tip well, I did. Happy and safe travels to all of our fellow Bucket List friends. Call Gina!

Traveled solo and this was a perfect half day tour to see the main attractions at/around Fairbanks. I was with the owner Gina and she was absolutely incredible. She even knew what roads to take to lead to some wildlife sightings! You can tell she takes the time to personally craft her tours, and her heart and personality really shine Already looking to come back and boom privates with her

Gina’s Heart of Fairbanks Tour was the perfect way to experience the city and learn about its culture and history. Gina was an amazing guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Fairbanks. She made the whole tour feel personal and welcoming. Gina shared so many interesting stories about the area that you wouldn’t get just walking around on your own. It really helped me understand the character of Fairbanks and the people who live here. If you’re visiting Fairbanks, I highly recommend doing this tour early in your trip—it’s a fantastic way to get oriented and discover places you’ll want to go back to again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We truly enjoyed the Heart of Fairbanks with Gina from AK Bucket List. She made it a very personal and well planned trip on what we wanted to see while in Fairbanks. We enjoyed her so much we scheduled more tours throughout our week in Fairbanks with her. We had an awesome vacation and it was because of AK Bucket List and Gina.
