It was pretty disorganized at the beginning/check in process and not the friendliest of folks. Took over an hour to get moving, but once we hit the trails (finally) it was great. Trails were excellent and the backdrop riding through the woods of Trenton National Park were mesmerizing. As an experienced snowmobile rider I was frustrated with the slow speed on the trails, but I understand you’re sledding for the experience and not the rush. Many first time riders. I’d recommend if you want an amazing backdrop to spend a few hours outside enjoying the mountains, but not for thrill seekers.

Great snowmobile ride. All necessary equipment (boots, jackets, bubs, etc) provided. There were some differences in helmets and some didn't have glare/sunglasses shield, so sunglasses are good to bring. Guides Great. We were told to arrive at 11:15 for a 12:00 trip. Don't know if it is typical, but we waited for an hour before starting to get geared up. Very was a great guide.

We had an amazing snowmobiling experience with Heart Six Ranch! Our guide, Thomas, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly focused on safety. We had a large group with multiple sleds, and he was constantly checking back to make sure everyone was safe and accounted for. He also gave us plenty of stops to take pictures and soak in the incredible scenery, which we really appreciated. The snowmobiles and all the gear provided were top notch, and everyone we encountered at the ranch was friendly and welcoming. Jase picked us up from our hotel in Jackson and transported us to the ranch. He was very pleasant and made the ride enjoyable. After our trail ride, they even took us back to the hotel with two bonus wildlife stops to see bison and a moose—such a memorable touch! Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would 10/10 recommend Heart Six Ranch for snowmobiling. The only downside was the transportation cost. $50 per person for hotel pickup and drop-off felt a bit steep, especially since we had a party of six. A group rate would have been appreciated, as it may have been cheaper to take an Uber. That said, the experience itself was outstanding and we would absolutely do it again!

James and Darwin were awesome guides and very personable/friendly! It didn’t snow for a few days before we went so they took us to a higher elevation for a better spot with even better views! Highly recommend this as a must-do while in Jackson! Plus the complimentary hot chocolate after the ride was the best I’ve ever had! Definitely will be a repeat customer on our next trip to Jackson!

Had a wonderful experience! Our guide Josh was fun, knowledgeable and gave us great instruction. From helping us get our gear on, which they provided, taking pictures and giving us time to take in the beauty of the scenery, Josh made this so enjoyable. It was a clear, beautiful day and just breathtaking. So glad we booked with them!

This was my first time snowmobiling. Snowmobiles were good and the trails were ok. I wish they took us on more scenic routes. It would have been great to stop and take photos, but we only stopped to take photos in two areas that were not that scenic. Also the snowmobile guide Denver was kinda rude. He seemed reluctant to take photos, and was impolite at times. Overall I think this is an ok experience. Maybe you will get a different guide who is more friendly and will take you on a more scenic experience.
