  We were picked up at the hotel on the Zambia side and transported to the helicopter operator on the Zimbabwe side. The driver helped us navigate immigration on both sides and we were met by the helicopter operators driver after Zimbabwe immigration. At the helipad we were quickly checked in and loaded on the helicopter. The ride itself was the short one over the gorge and falls and the views were amazing! After we were returned to our driver at the border who helped us get through immigration again and back to our hotel.

  You should be lucky here. The aircraft usually has one seat at the front next to the pilot, three seats at the rear. So if you're sitting in the middle, the view can be a bit tedious. We were lucky and sat at the window seat or in front of the pilot. Despite the fact that the Victoria Falls hardly carry any water, the sight from above is really huge. We were in the air for a good 15 minutes, not a second is to be regretted. Of course, this venture is a bit high-priced (USD 160,-per person) but every cent is well spent here. Drawn Peter Nemeth

  Very helpful and attentive. EVERYONE in Livingstone seems to know Owen! We had trouble with the local atms in Lusaka and Owen was very helpful in assisting us so that we could take a last minute helicopter flight over Victoria Falls. He offered a great taxi service, and worked with us when we needed changes. Prices were good. His cars aren't fancy, but they did the job. The reason we went with Owen is because he offered both local taxi service and tours. He uses WhatsApp for communication, which worked out well when you have wifi.

  We did the half hour trip, with the flight through the gorge, it gives you a true understanding of how this creation came about, and a complete view of the falls. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it.

  There were 4 of us, we paid $185 per person, but the helicopter was small with a wall between the front and back seats so the person in the middle in the back seats didn't see anything, but paid like everyone else. Our complaints were answered with shoulders. as well as very rude also
