5.00We booked a flight from Gorakshep to Lukla and the flight was very scenic and I saved my knees on going downhill. We talked to several staff in the company but Mukti Pande was extremely helpful. He suggested us to take another flight directly from Lukla to Kathmandu and it was the right choice. We were a bit sick after hiking 3 days in the snow and it was such a comfort to go back to a big city with hot shower and doctors! We left our luggage at a small hotel at Ramechhap and Mr Mukti was so helpful that he helped us fetch the luggage and we could get back all luggage when we arrived Kathmandu. The team of this company is super efficient and you can trust them. Mr Mukti even helped us cancel our flight with Tara Air. I don’t know how to thank them for their help and I hope my little review here helps. We flew on 2 different helicopters. The route from Gorakshep to Lukla was scenic but the most unforgettable for me was the flight to Kathmandu. If you have never tried flying on a helicopter, I think the routes operating by this company is a good choice.

5.00We took a helicopter from Gorekshep to Lukla on 30th March after finishing the Everest Base Camp trek. Our first stop was at Dingboche, where we were picked up again and flown to Lukla. The landing at Lukla was incredibly smooth. The ground team at Lukla was very kind. We waited at the Manang Air waiting area in lukla, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This stop was mainly for refuelling. Our next helicopter took us to Kathmandu. That’s when I realised I had forgotten my Ray-Ban Meta recording glasses somewhere in Lukla. I got the contact number of Mr. Mukti, the operations manager in Lukla, and asked him to check. Not only did he find the glasses, but he also stayed in touch and sent them on the next flight to Kathmandu. He gave me the contact of Mr. Prakash, the manager in Kathmandu, who delivered the glasses to a spot close to where we were staying. I was beyond satisfied with Manang Air. I know most airlines wouldn’t have gone this far to help.
