impressive views of smoky mountains national park ... mr. madrigal provided the absolute best customer service ... owner needs to greatly improve experience like allowing guests to enter facility prior to check-in time, communicating in advance to the guests exactly when check-in occurs, communicating in advance to guests when party of 4 will be split between multiple consecutive rides rather than providing family chopper or providing 2 choppers for simultaneous rides, photographer should ask rather than demand, guide having expertise of local views should be provided when pilot does not have tour guide expertise, current business model is not focused on customer satisfaction as we were left feeling like we were intruding and being accomadated with the exception of mr. madrigal who exceeded our expectations in taking care of us
