Queen Kapi'olani Park
Kapiʻolani Park is Honolulu’s largest and oldest public park, originally gifted by King Kalākaua in 1877 and named after his wife, Queen Kapiʻolani. As we drive by, you'll see its lush greenery, towering banyan trees, and open fields, all set against the stunning backdrop of Diamond Head, a volcanic crater known as Lēʻahi in Hawaiian. Once a gathering place for Hawaiian royalty, the park remains a cherished spot for locals and visitors alike.

Great tour and our tour guide RJ was amazing. RJ was as funny, knowledgeable and prompt. The temple was beautiful, turtle beach was picturesque and the Dole pineapple plantation had awesome Dole whipped pineapple.

RJ was single-handedly the best tour guide. Despite him driving for long hours, his energy never broke. His stories about his family, how we are now family, added a heartwarming moment to this tour. The bus was filled with laughter and it all seemed like we enjoyed each other’s company is the jokes that filled the bus were anything to go by. Plus, he has an amazing playlist.

Great way to see the entire island. So many sights. Stopping to get local shrimp was a bonus. Finishing with a dole whip at Dole Plantation was the perfect ending.

Our tour guide, Paul, was very funny and made the tour a lot of fun. Knew what he was talking about and took us to some nice spots to look at, and got a good idea of the island and its history. I would recommend!
