Participants' weight must be under 99 kg (218 lbs) to do this activity and must have a strong fitness level. Additionally, body measurements must not exceed a maximum waist size of 120 cm (47 in) and a maximum thigh size of 66 cm (27 in)
Minimum eight is 130cms (4′ 3″)
Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
We will hike to the base of a giant waterfall with 100 mts of height and the difficult level is 3.5, please bring comforable walking shoes and extra dry shoes and clothes (to change into after trip)

Sandals or flip flops are NOT allowed for the activity.

What To Expect
In the middle of the Colmbian Andes mountains, we apreciate the majestic canyon of Buey river, finding a lot of nature and great canyons where we will have the experience to go to the base of the amazaing Buey Fall, climb the rock while we have this giant waterfall falling beside us. Aditional you will enjoy the highest zipline of Colombia (1000 ft) with an amazing view of the waterfalls of this amazing canyon. 8:30 am: our staff wiil Pick you up at your hotel or specified address. 10:15 am: arrival to the ecopark 10:30 am: ziplining 11:00 am: 30 minutes hiking to the base of the giant El Salto del Buey 100mts waterfall. Clas 3.5 of 5 hiking. 12:00 am: via ferrata. Climb the rock while you have the majestic Salto del Buey waterfall falling beside you. 2:30 pm: time for lunch (NO INCLUDED) 3:30 pm: let´s take a second zipline flight, hike 30 minutes and start the return to your hotel 5:45 pm: arrival to your hotel

5.00Fabian, our tour guide was the best tour guide we have had in a long time and we have had some great ones. The day and the drive was long but he made it very enjoyable and personable sharing a wealth of information on flora, culture and history in the area. The zipline was incredible spaning the valley so you did an out and back. The walk down to the waterfall was awesome, especially as we got caught in a torrential rain storm. The waterfall itself...epic!

5.00I went zip lining and climbing the water fall via feratta when I visited Medellin. It was my first trip with ecoventure and it turned out to be an incredible experience. Diego was my guide and he was wonderful. He taught me about the area and all of the different plants and fruit as we hiked to the zip line. Zip lining was amazing and very safe. You get a great view of the waterfall as you zip across the valley. It was a lot of fun. Then we hiked to the waterfall so you can feel the energy and power of it. It was very impressive. Afterwards we climbed the water fall. It looked difficult but it wasn’t. Diego made it an enjoyable experience and took a lot of photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a thrilling adventure.

5.00Incredible experience! Amazing views and scenery and adventure with the zip line and the waterfall hike. It was not too physically demanding but did involve walking on a muddy trail. You will get wet and your shoes muddy!! Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend!

5.00I really enjoyed this trip, the Zipline was very fun and felt secure and safe. And for the waterfall it was an awesome experience that leaves you speechless as you feel the positive energy and strength of this waterfall. Climbing up made it that much better. Our tour guide Fabian, made this trip as smooth as possible and was easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend.

5.00It's difficult to explain how incredible this trip was and just how much beauty radiates from the Columbian countryside. Felt 100% safe the entire trip. The climbing of beside the waterfall ended up being my favorite part of the trip. I enjoyed that we could stop and rest as needed. Hiking to the waterfall was a breeze. Hiking back was a lot more strenuous. Make sure you are in good physical shape! Diago did a fantastic job as a guide, and was fluent in English... something I appreciated!

5.00This was an incredible, EPIC tour. It felt like a dream with the zipline and waterfall climb. Our tour guide Fabian was honestly the best tour guide I’ve ever had! He made the experience even more memorable and made sure we had the best possible experience. This tour is a must do experience if you like adventure, the photos and description don’t do justice to how amazing and fun it is. Absolutely loved it!!

5.00We spent an amazing day with Diego doing zip lines, via ferrata, and dream hammocks with my family of five (myself, wife and three teenage boys). We all love doing active adventures and this tour provided a full days worth. We started at about 9am with a pickup from where we were staying Laureles and finished about 7pm. The drive takes about 1.5 hrs but the scenery along the way is beautiful. It was a little rainy so we had to wait a little bit at first to get started until there was a break in the clouds for the zip line to the other side. Next we hiked down to the bottom of waterfall which is so cool. The pictures I had seen don’t do justice to how powerful the spray is. You will get wet here it’s just a matter of how wet. We all got completely soaked and loved it. Diego said the amount of water flow changes depending on the time of year so it may be different for you. After this, we hike a little farther up to start the Via Ferrata route. This route is not too long or technical but I had never done one which is literally right next to a roaring waterfall. Totally unique experience. After this we hiked back up to the top of the hill to zip line across the valley to the dream hammocks which was a perfectly chill way to end the day. The views everywhere are nothing short of amazing.After the hammocks, we finished with a meal at the restaurant at the top which was a great way to recharge a little before the drive back. Isabel was super easy to work with in planning the awesome day. Is he kind of knew what we wanted to say but so is the one who put all the details together. And Diego was a great guide. Spoke very good English, knew lots of facts about the area, and was super chill in guiding us along this unforgettable day. If you like nature and adventure, this is a no-brainer, do it. p.s. There is a lot of hiking uphill. My boys had no trouble at all but my wife and I had to take some breaks all the way. This is not a reason to avoid this trip but you should be aware.
