Balin Rathnayake our guide was fantastic ! He is so knowledgeable and made our trip an action packed and interesting tour. We learned a lot about Sri Lankan nature , plants and animals as well as culture (Buddhist , Hindu). We visited amazing temples and cultural sites which were more enjoyable with Balin’s expert guidance. From the ocean to the jungle to the tea plantations - Balin was a great guide!

We had an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka thanks to Kalinga. In just 5 days, he managed to introduce us to all the wealth of the country, planning an exceptional program that we had discussed together, which he designed to make us live the most beautiful experience. The program was very varied and thoughtful. He has a lot of culture about his country and has very good recommendations. We would never have enjoyed our stay so much and learned without him, we recommend him with his eyes closed!

My primary aim of this tour was to visit all Historic sites. The Tour company provided every thing that was included in the Tour programme to my satisfaction, provided excellent tour guides at all UNESCO World heritage sites as well as took me to some of the sight seeing spots that was not in the schedule to make sure that I did not miss anything. They provided a good Honda car and the chauffeur was a very safe driver, very informative, friendly, speak fluent English and selected restaurants serving excellent hyginic local Srilankan, Chinese and Indian cuisine and always ontime. They even refunded the cost associated with Whale watching tour at Mirissa as the tour was cancelled due to bad weather and very unsafe rough sea conditions.

We had a fabulous trip with Kalinga who provided a great itinerary, comfy mini van & a great all round family adventure. Kalinga was brilliant with his communication pre- trip and helped answer our questions promptly and when we met him, his warm personality and professionalism was evident. We travelled with our teenage kids who were keen to try more surfing and Kalinga was super flexible and happily changed the itinerary to accomodate. The hotels he had booked for us were great and the pace of the tour, whilst fairly fast with some early mornings, was perfect as we got to see some amazing things and experience as much as we could of Sri Lanka in our time frame. Favourite experiences were the Jeep safari and seeing many many elephants, Ella train, tooth relic temple, surfing in Ahangama, turtle sanctuary, traditional village visit and meal, Horton plains, Sigiriya sunrise, driving tuk tuk. We would highly recommend Kalinga and the driver he used Tharanga who drove incredibly well on the busy streets. He is kind and knowledgeable, funny and very professional, punctual and we hope to use his services again one day.

We have just completed an 8 day tour with Kalinga- 3 adults and our 4 kids aged 18-22 and had the most amazing time. Kalinga was incredibly prompt and supportive in our planning communication prior to arriving in Sri Lanka and proposed an itinerary that covered cultural, adventurous and scenic highlights around Sigiriya, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Ahangama and Bentota. It was a great tour and we all especially loved the jeep safari, sigiriya rock, the tooth relic temple, galle, Ella train ride, World's end, surfing in weligama and aganhama and the turtle hatchery. Kalinga provided awesome insight and we leant so much, and he was always great fun, kind ( he even gave us gifts on Xmas day!) and understanding when we changed the itinerary a little ( adapting the schedule so we could do more surfing). The hotels he chose worked well for us and the pace was busy ( with a few sunrise hikes!) - perfect for what we wanted to do, and we saw an awful lot given the timeframe. He used a comfy mini van and a wonderful driver who was super safe and came to our rescue in a couple of downpours, I highly recommend Kalinga's services and would use his company again when we travel again to Sri Lanka. Thanks Kalinga - you are a wonderful person and helped us have a simply amazing family holiday.

We went to Sri lanka in September 23. We chose Kalinga as our private tour guide for 2 weeks. Kalinga has been extraordinary and I can honestly said that he was the reason we loved our holiday in Sri lanka so much. He had a private comfortable van which was always clean and full of water bottles. He booked and recommended restaurants which were delicious (you don’t need to spend hours on google/tripadvisor to research you can relax and trust his recommendations). He drives you everywhere to your hotel, restaurants, visits and will often stop on the road to show you things and make you taste local food, spices, you name it. He was very knowledgeable and we used him as a guide for all our visits. Everyone seems to know him and like him. Finally it is always important to be safe abroad and he was super trustworthy (no tourist traps etc..). I truly recommend him for your trip in Sri Lanka. Alex
