5.00An outstanding tour. Martin our guide was great. So knowledgeable about the area and took us to see some amazing sights and we learnt such a lot about the desert, it's ecology and history. Absolutely brilliant.

5.00We were very pleased with our tour with Andre - especially after he patiently waited 2 hours for us to get through immigration and disembark from our cruise ship. We climbed to the top of Dune 7, enjoyed watching the flamingos and seals and were amused by the lengthy drive through the sand to reach the lighthouse. The refreshments and champagne were great. I only wish we had stopped at the large pink salt ponds for photos, although I was able to get one as we drove by. Enjoyable day. Thank you.

3.00Our group of six were placed in the wrong excursion. The guide Kobus was not aware until we stopped for lunch when I showed him that lunch included. He contacted his company and they us a $10 allowance for lunch. The excursion was to also include beverages and light refreshments; Koby’s offered us a bottle of water once. I was hoping to get close to Dune Number 7; only managed a distant photo over railroad tracks. I was hoping to see native animals; only shown rocks and plants. We totally missed Dorob National Park and Walvis Bay Waterfront both of which included prepaid admission.

5.00Jaques showed us the amazing variety of the nearby landscape and gave us an impressive view on this beautiful piece of country. We had really enough time to experience dune 7 and watch the wildlife including thousands of seals and flamingos. On top he put a more than delicious picnic with home made culinary specialties and a glass of champagne, beer or softdrinks. For me and my wife this was definitely the best excursion during our 4 months cruise around the world. Booking and payment went smoothly without any problem, perfect contact policy with customer.

5.00We (my friend and I) went on this half-day tour accompanied by Jacquie. Easily, one of the best tours ever...He was so friendly, knowledgeable, telling us very interesting facts and stories about beautiful places we visited. We were amazed with every single location, probably more and more, as the tour progressed towards Donkey’s Bay. Landscapes are breathtaking, almost no people anywhere (but seals!), at some point you give up taking pictures because it doesn’t capture the beauty of very special Welvis Bay. Don’t even think twice - go with Red Dune Safaris (when we come back to Namibia, we’re definitely reaching out to them). p.s. delicious picnic with home-made food. Thanks so much!!!

5.00We were picked up punctually from the comfortable Langholme hotel by Evert of Awesome Chapters.He showed us the huge flocks of greater and lesser flamingos along the shores of the lagoon.We also saw pelicans. Thereafter a thrilling 4x4 drive to the dunes with time for a climb up dune 7. The contrast of the colours of the desert sands against the startling blue sky is breathtaking in perfect weather. We then were driven across sand dunes to view the salt works . Evert was attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a light lunch refreshment on the beach near the lighthouse close to a/wreck. We saw seals and a passing jackal. A 10 out of 10 tour

5.00We did the Walvis Bay tour. It was a very nice tour, we’ve seen a lot of beautiful animals like: seals, flamingo's and jackhals and climbed dune 7. The guide was friendly, chill, explained well and relax. We were taken care for nicely and the homemade snacks were a delight! Roeland and Elise

5.00We were very pleased today with our guided tour of the highlights of Walvis Bay. The guides waited for six of us, as our cruise ship was delayed one hour, without complaint. We enjoyed a climb of Dune 7 (bare feet recommended, but the sand is often hot!), and a tour of many stops for sightseeing and wildlife (birds including flamingos, seals, jackals), as well as a stop for souvenirs at the end. A small lunch was provided (and appreciated) , but given the desert heat, veggies were limited. The guides were very attentive to our comfort, offering water and other refreshments frequently. It was all we had hoped for--a nice introduction to Walvis Bay, Namibia, and the desert.
