What To Expect

At 08:00 your guide will pick you up from your hotel/accommodation in Plovdiv. The driving time will be around 2 hours and a half, filled with stunning views and scenery. You will drive on one of the most beautiful roads in Bulgaria next to Vacha reservoir and Devin. The road will lead you into the mystical and impressive Trigrad gorge.

Orlovo Oko - Eagle's Eye viewpoint

Our first adventure will be to hike the Eagle's eye mount and admire the stunning 360 view. Behold the magnificent views of the Buynovsko Gorge and the vast expanse of the Rhodope Mountains, allowing the serenity of nature to inspire your innermost thoughts. It is definitely one of the best views in Bulgaria. The hike to the top is around an hour and it can be classified as moderate hiking.

Highly recommended trip - we had Ivo as our guide and he was incredible - background in history and knows a lot about the places he took us to. Eagle's Eye is absolutely worth the hike and Devil's Throath needs to be experienced - photos don't do it justice and words aren't enough to describe it. The restaurant was also amazing - the food they serve is next to none both in quality and taste. We had a slight issue with card payment at the end but it got resolved very very quickly by the staff - they were very polite and got it sorted literally by the next morning - quick, efficient and great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can't recommend this trip enough!

The ride to the mountains was sheer joy just navigating through the gorges. I hike a rather strenuous hike...wasn't bad... just some might think to use a trek pole and proper hike boots. Soon i was in awe of the mountainous range and that view on the platform at Eagle's eye. Had a really awesome time in the Devils throat cave too. It's huge giant cavernous space hides a flowing waterfall underground... spectacular

Amazing tour. The views were spectacular, the drive through the gorges was beautiful and the cave interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating (allowing us to stop several times for photos) and had some great local food suggestions. Highly recommend!!
