What To Expect
Playa Bibijagua
During our excursion, our customers will arrive at the boarding point where they will be handed a disclaimer document to sign. Then they will board the catamaran where the adventure begins. The first stop will be at Anorak, where they will have 30 minutes to explore. Afterwards, the bar will be open with drinks included as we sail to a spot where they can see dolphins from the catamaran. Finally, we will reach a natural pool where they can enjoy cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, as well as a lively party.

4.00I read the reviews and thought people might’ve been exaggerating about how bad the transportation was—but I was completely shocked to find out it really was that bad. I reached out to the company two days before my excursion to confirm the pickup details and never received a response until 8 AM the morning of the excursion. That alone felt unprofessional, but it only got worse from there. After boarding the bus at the scheduled time, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes at the resort for late passengers, which already threw off the entire schedule. Then we proceeded to other resorts to pick up more guests—but the bus quickly became overcrowded. By the third stop, there was literally no space left for about 10 more passengers. The driver asked us to make space, which we couldn’t, and eventually had to call for backup transportation. What should have been a smooth ride turned into over two hours cramped in a van. By the time we finally arrived at the excursion, we were rushed right into the rest of the activities. The entire experience felt disorganized, chaotic, and incredibly disappointing.

3.00Transportation was confusing but comfortable. The music on the boat was mediocre and not very loud on the upper deck…specially compared to the other boats. However it wasn’t overly crowded as the other boats and the staff was nice. We still enjoyed ourselves.

4.00The boat was so much fun, def the best time I had in DR!! The music was great, the vibes were amazing. The rum punch wasn’t that strong but they do sell bottles (a bit pricey ngl) and hookah. I genuinely enjoyed

4.00It was an okay experience. Fruit was our snack and you had to pay for food. You meet up with other boats and y’all all party in a section of the ocean together. They didn’t want to open the water slide.
