  This experience was a little unorganized and I would not recommend to a friend. The pick up process can take up to 2 hours and when we got there, we received 0 direction on what boat we were assigned. Our DJ kept cutttimg off the music and this was not hip hop Specific.

  The boat party was a lot of fun. Great music and vibes. Warning: They will hassle you to buy 7 pictures for $50, 10 pictures for $80 or all of them for $120. Even when you say no, they will keep bothering you. I didn’t like how I was paying for my 7 pics and the guy took my phone and tried to type in 55 and hit submit in cashapp for me. That pissed me off snatching my phone from me. That was the only thing I didn’t like but despite the rain we had a great time with our group.

  Overall, we had a fun time on the boat ride—great music, good vibes, and a friendly crew made for an enjoyable atmosphere. However, the tour could definitely use better organization and communication. Messages sent via Viator went unanswered, and there were no clear announcements during the ride, so we were often unsure about the itinerary or what was happening next. Drink options were also quite limited—only rum and sodas were offered. With a bit more structure and improved communication, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

  I gave this review 2 stars as the vibes on the boat were GREAT. The DJ and MC had the party going the whole time. There was a large amount of no communication as to what we were doing. No one contacted me about a pick up time from my resort. I had to call multiple times. Also, the bus driver had us waiting in the van for 29 minutes in another group of people for pick up. We should have just left them. The boat started late. Also, while on the boat we turned around 2 times to go back and pick up more people. None of this was communicated. We just had to sit and go along with it. MAIN ISSUES were ** there is NO SNORKELING which is advertised. No gear was provided and a stop was not made to snorkel. The drinks on the boat are only fruit punch (which was not good) and the Dominican rum. (no other choices of drinks) Snacks were just tortilla chips and fruit which is just out in the open with everyone's hands in it. The crew on the boat was great.

  It was very ghetto! They were fighting on the bus It was no order 0/10 Worst driver ever!!!! Don’t book!!!! Plus they put us on another boat that was not infinity!
