Hiro (our guide) was friendly and answered all our questions. I loved the pace of the tour… not to fast, not too slow and she gave us plenty of time to just reflect. The Peace memorial museum and the Orizuru Tower were our favourites.

We had a delightful and historical guided tour with Kaori in Hiroshima. She was a wonderful and highly knowledgeable tour guide who shared the history in an engaging and respectful way. Since it was just the two of us with her, we essentially had a private tour, which made the experience even more personal and special. Kaori took her time, answered all our questions, and gave us great insight into both the history and culture of the area. The tour was absolutely worth it. We experienced and saw so much of the most significant sights in Hiroshima, and we will carry these memories with us for a long time. Highly recommended!

A highlight of our trip as we gained a better understanding of this tragic day. Kaz was personable, knowledgeable and organized. I would suggest requesting him for a tour. The only downside was the poor quality lunch that was included - more like bar food - not the traditional Hiroshima cuisine as we had hoped for - but we did not come for the food so was not a big deal.

Fantastic and informative tour guide. Yuji was amazing and we thank Yuji for sharing this local knowledge and history. He also recommended some amazing places to visit for dinner. The gyoza place was phenomenal. Highly recommend 😁

Awesome experience. Knowledgeable guide and so friendly. I learned so much about Hiroshima as a city and Morris specifically, the impact of the A Bomb and the enduring legacy.

Overall, we learned and saw a lot. But this tour should not have been offered at the end of the year as it was so crowded in the museum, we couldn’t see the main exhibit (the reason we went on this tour) as it would take over an hour. Our guide told us we would not have time for it. We were disappointed that we spent the money and didn’t get to experience it. However, the guide was knowledgeable and she showed us other sites and explained them. It was a bit chaotic as 1 group did not show up, and the other was late so we met them at the museum. It negatively impacted our experience. I think it’s worth going to Hiroshima, but our experience was a little sub-par

We visited during our honeymoon, and our travel agency booked this experience for us. The guide, Kaz, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, showing us true hidden gems that we could easily have missed if we had explored on our own (such as the Taishoya Kimono Shop!). This experience offers excellent value for money and definitely provides a deeper understanding of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial sites.
