My friend and I treated each other to the Victorian tour for our birthdays. As locals, we didn’t know exactly what to expect but we learned so much from Allison about Louisville history, landmarks, bourbon and cuisine. Highly, Highly recommend!!

Allison was a great host to Louisville. I really appreciated the individual headsets so we could listen, not strain and our leader didn't have to yell. And oh my goodness - Hot Brown Pizza. My mind was blown with that deliciousness. Word to the wise if you go the premium bourbon route... these tastings are on top of the cocktails/beer provided and not just tastings - full on servings. Fun regardless!

As a Louisvillian I wanted to try a new experience and this one didn’t disappoint! Allison was a great tour guide and I got to try some new restaurants, food, and drinks. My friends and I had a great time and would love to try another tour from Louisville Food Tours in the future!

Brilliant tour, great blend of history food and drink. Alllison was really knowledgeable and looked after us beautifully. I am gluten free and was really well catered for and didn’t feel like I missed out on anything.

This was a wonderful food tour with Katie as our guide. The food samplings were generous and delicious, and Katie’s explanations of the food, beer samples, and history of this particular and unique Louisville neighborhood were well articulated, with the information delivered enthusiastically and with personality. This tour company provides audio headsets, which is a big plus when the guide is explaining things, especially when outside with traffic noise, etc. We have taken numerous food tours around the country and in Canada, but this is the first one that has offered this, and it is a great bonus! My husband and I are looking forward to taking other tours with this family-owned, local business in the future!

This was a tremendous food and history tour. Christina was our guide and it was clear from the beginning she loves Louisville, she loves food, and she loves to share her knowledge of culture, history, and current events. I'd go back to each and every one of our stops if we had the time as their food was excellent and the beverages were well matched. As an added bonus, Christina shared a variety of local recommendations after the tour. Just don't make an early dinner reservation as you won't be hungry for awhile.
