We begin our tour in the Plazoleta Jairo Varela, a tribute to one of the greatest salsa composers. Here, surrounded by murals celebrating his life and work, you can feel the energy of the Caleña sauce and immerse yourself in the musical history of the city.

5.00Lem guided us through the history of salsa with his natural flow and energy. He's a born entertainer and very passionate about his city and salsa. Not a dull moment in the whole tour. Expect to learn a lot about salsa but also the history of Cali through murals, music and dance! Initially we wanted to take the history tour, but we are very happy we took the salsa tour in the end.
