Once at the meeting point, you will start your tour by exploring ile de la cite, the oldest settlement in Paris. Once known as Lutetia, this former Roman city was the predecessor of present-day Paris, from which the city grew outwards.
Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris
Step inside the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral (Interior visit unguided due to regulations), the world’s most beloved church and a masterpiece of medieval Gothic architecture. Newly restored after the 2019 fire, it remains one of Paris’ most enduring symbols.

5.00Our guide Marie was excellent. She gave us great historical information about the various sites we saw and had some interesting anecdotes to keep us amused as well. The length of time was perfect. The small group was excellent as well - we could hear everything and Maria was able to connect with everyone on the tour.
