Our first stop is Cam Kim Island, where you'll help a kind couple make traditional rice papers & snacks to enjoy. Visit another family & learn the delicate craft of making incense sticks. In Tra Nhieu Village, we'll visit the unique whale-worshipping temple. Nearby, you'll sit alongside the skilled artisans to weave colorful sleeping mats.
Cross scenic bridges, pass shrimp ponds & fish farms, see water buffaloes & vibrant rice paddies. In Cam Thanh coconut village, enjoy a serene ride in bamboo basket boats through lush coconut trees.

Kim Bong Carpentry Village
Experience the Art of Incense-Making with a Local Family Make an interesting stop at a local incense-making family, where you’ll experience the art and tradition behind this ancient craft. Watch as skilled artisans expertly roll fragrant sticks of incense by hand, using time-honored techniques passed down through generations. You'll have the chance to get involved, learning how to create your very own incense while soaking in the rich aromas that fill the air. 5.00I really enjoyed the trip — Thuan was amazing and very friendly. We had a great time spending the day with him and getting a glimpse into local life. It was a wonderful opportunity to see how people live and work and to experience authentic Vietnamese culture. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the real Vietnam.

5.00Great trip with a fun ride and perfect variety of activities! Very interesting to learn about local customs and work. Kha was very knowledgeable and a good company. We were with a 2 years old which was not a problem, he enjoyed every bit as well.
Kha our tour guide was fabulous, driving around in the old jeep was lots of fun, did lots of activities fun fun fun 😁🌸🩷⭐️

5.00Exceptional tour with Brian. A true experience around Hoi An villages with visits to local artisans . Truly recommend this for anyone that wants to explore more local areas. A stop at a coffee shop for delicious coconut and salt coffee. We had a great time with our tour guide, and driver , very humble and friendly . 😀

5.00We had a private tour, just for our family of 5 including teenagers. We did the tour in a refurbished, very well-maintained Vietnamese military jeep, from 1990. The tour was excellent! The guide Ben was very friendly, very knowledgeable, patient and spoke excellent English. He explained and showed us the local life of Hoi An’s countryside, it was interesting and fascinating for all of us, from young kid to teenagers and adults, we all had a great day and enjoyed the tour very much! We would absolutely recommend it!
