Had the best time with Quynh this morning visiting local places and experiencing village life. If you want to see authentic ways of doing things, take this tour. It was truly unique and fun, and we learned so much. We got to try making rice paper rolls, incense, and weaving. Quynh was fantastic. She gave us great information and was able to answer all our questions. She was warm and friendly and shared incites into the Vietnamese culture. I highly recommend this tour and Quynh.

We have travelled to Vietnam five times and can honestly say this was the best excursion we've experienced. We chose the jeep option and it was fabulous fun. Binh, our driver, was careful and considerate, the jeep was comfortable and really added to the entire experience. Quynh, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and very open and engaging. She knew the less touristy places and took us into the homes of some wonderful artisans still practising the old ways of making rice paper, incense, and weaving. We felt so welcomed by these generous people. Being out in the beautiful countryside is such a contrast to the busy cities and well worth the trip to see another side of Vietnam. We can 100% recommend this trip - be sure to ask for Quynh and Binh and do take the jeep. You won't be disappointed.

Carol and Trieu were amazing tour guides who went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our tour. I can't recommend doing the Jeep tour. It is a huge highlight of my stay in Hoi An. Love love loved the whole experience and places we visited.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Highlight of Our Trip – Ask for Kha! If you are in Hội An, stop what you are doing and book this tour right now. We did the rural village circuit in the vintage US Army Jeep, and it was hands-down the best decision we made. Riding through the countryside with the wind in our hair and the sun on our faces was an absolute vibe! The Legend: Kha First of all, we have to talk about our guide, Kha. This man is an absolute legend! He wasn’t just a guide; he was the life of the party. Kha is incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious, and went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best time. He knows everyone in the villages, and his energy is infectious. If you want the "real" experience, ask for Kha—he will hype you up and make you feel like a local! The Tour Highlights The Jeep: Forget a boring modern car. The old Army Jeep is the only way to go. It’s rugged, cool, and gives you the best views of the rice paddies and bridges. Hands-on Fun: We weren’t just watching; we were doing! We ground our own rice to make rice paper, tried our hand at weaving bed mats, and learned how to make incense. The Scenery: From the bustling fish farms to the buffalo wandering the fields, every turn was a photo op. Basket Boat Madness: The round basket boat ride in the Water Coconut Forest was pure joy, especially catching the little river crabs! This tour takes you off the beaten path and away from the tourist traps. It’s authentic, exciting, and perfect for all ages. Huge thanks to Kha for making this an unforgettable day. 10/10 – don't miss out!

Although this was the most expensive tour we booked in Vietnam it was the most enjoyable and the best tour to live up to what it advertised. Money well spent. We were expecting a tour of back water villages. The real Vietnam and that’s what we got. Our guide Henry was brilliant. Whilst you had to really listen to what he was trying to say, he was very patient and in the end we understood each other. Very knowledgeable. Our driver Binh was great. His knowledge of the backstreets and alleys we were in was amazing. His careful driving of an old USA jeep was much appreciated. Our tour took us to small back alleys of villages out with the main tourist areas. Our stops to view the making of incense sticks, rice paper, mat making etc was refreshingly different to the normal large companies your stop at with their hard sell. We had a ride on a bamboo circular boat in bamboo village. Much much better than the sampan ride on the Mekong Delta! The crowning jewel was stopping for dinner at Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class & Restaurant. The food here was delicious. Nothing like the street food on food yours. Even if you don’t do the tour, find this place for a meal. It’s got a website. BOTTOM LINE IS YOU MUST DO THIS TOUR HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. 👍👍👍

It was our favourite trip of our holiday & it was made even better as Trang had great English speaking skills, so communication was easy & very informative. I would certainly pay for another trip with Trang & Duo the driver. Great day out👍

Pretty much the best day of our trip. It was great to escape the overcrowded tourist nightmare of Hoi An. Our guide Tien was warm and personable with massive empathy. Easily the best we had on a two week tour of Vietnam. The visits were interesting and fun. And we’d recommend including lunch which took place in a restaurant hosting cookery classes. Also good to think of revenue going into local hands not international hotel chains.
