Fantastic cooking class hosted by Isabella and Valerio! They welcomed us into their home, taught us how to make two kinds of delicious Sardinian pasta, and then we all shared a lovely meal with appetizers, our homemade treats, and excellent wine and desserts. We learned a lot about Sardinian culture and felt like part of the family by the time we left. Highly recommend!

Fabulous class! Isabella and Valerio were wonderful hosts and excellent chef instructors. They welcomed us into their home for the class and made us feel very welcome. We made traditional Sardinian pastas—culurgiones and malloreddus—which we thoroughly enjoyed at lunch along with tasty local appertivos and wine. This was a really great way to spend my birthday. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore regional cooking. Enjoyed spending a little time with their family, Frieda and Bella, too!

This was NOT a cooking class. This was cooking with friends and having an AMAZING experience. Of course, we learned pasta making, a little of Sardinian history, and the night was a great introduction to Sardinia. More than anything, we had an amazing experience and made new friends. If you’re on the fence BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE. My wife loved it, my impossible to please teenage daughters loved it. Stop reading!! Just book! And for Gods sake…no mushrooms on the carbonara!!

The most authentic experience of our trip to Sardinia. Isabelle and Valerio welcomed us into their beautiful home and were excellent teachers to teach us how to make two traditional pasta types. They shared the recipes as well as prepared a beautiful lunch but they were also so knowledgeable about Sardinia itself. A fun activity with our adult children.

What a wonderful experience! Isabella and Valerio were great fun hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make traditional Sardinian culurgiones and gnocchi! Loved the weaving of the culurgiones and can’t wait to try them at home. There were four of us from the US and three more from Germany - delightful classmates! Would absolutely highly recommend our experience. Thank you Isabella and Valerio, individually you are marvelous, together you are a fabulous team! Bravo! Grazie mille! Gina
