1.00Avoid this provider. Avoid this provider. I had booked at Memmigen airport (Germany) a car for 28/03/2025 at 19.30 paying in advance online the rental price. Unfortunately the 'plane I was traveling with brought delay and despite just getting off, I rushed to the Flex to go rental desk, I arrived at 20.30. The clerk, however, tells me that the reservation had already been cancelled offering me the opportunity to make another reservation at an exorbitant cost.Allorche I refused drastically to this blackmail.Despite having already a hotel reservation at an hour's drive I had to sleep in the first hotel that happens. This morning I'll try to organize myself with a serious provider

5.00Highly recommend this trip! My second trip with this provider and every time deliver. They doing their best in times of pandemic restrictions. The trips are organized very well, places are close by, so you can see many things in a relatively short time. The guide was very open and helpful. Since I was the only one we traveled by public transportation, which was also very convenient and didn't influence the trip plan. Very good price for value! If you will have a chance, just go for a trip and learn more about Hong Kong culture.
