Get there early! Very enjoyable experience. Lots of shops at the top which I didn't expect! Views were amazing!

Super long line and people are inconsiderate. View was good but they let too many people out on the terrace so you can’t even really enjoy it because everybody’s phones are up and they’re all taking photos. You can catch a glimpse, but you’re better off finding another lookout point in the city, which is just as nice and potentially free.

I never received the QR code. I even had the on-site venue staff help me check, and they confirmed it was not there. Despite this, the operator on Viator refuses to help or refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam since I paid for a service that was never provided. I demand a full refund immediately.

We never received a ticket from the Tour Operator. We even had the staff at the venue check my phone, she agreed that nothing was sent and to contact the operator. I tried contacting them and Viator and didn’t get anywhere. They are refusing to give me a refund and I had to purchase the tickets again so I am out of pocket. This is so disappointing and is fraudulent as they took my money but didn’t give me the tickets. I usually book through Get Your Guide and I should have stuck with what I know and trust.

Just because you choose a time slot does not guarantee that time. We still had to queue for 45 minutes. We went at 6pm it was so hectic. We ended up getting a taxi home. The priority entrance is not true.

Long queues, even with pre-purchased tickets, expensive restaurants but the views are great if it’s a clear day.

Was not great due to bad weather. Could not see much. Tram was lovely. Restaurant food was too lovely.

Time slot of 18:00 chosen; this is actually a wax nose. You are waiting in line for at least 35-45 minutes. Once biking you have to make a way with your elbows to have a good view, but DAMN’ what a view you have. We were lucky enough to go from light to dark, which made the experience even more beautiful. Back really a disaster...!!! Waiting times at least 2 hours or more. Decided to take our loss and take a taxi back. Oh yes, the route from the metro station to the tram stop was really unclear.

Had to message repeatedly to get e-tickets emailed. Then typhoon 10 hit and zero communication that was shut or how to get a refund or an alternative date…!! Still waiting.
