At the start of the day we pick you up in Palomino, either at your accomodation or if you come from somewhere else we will send you a meeting point.
With our trusted motortaxis we get you to our farm. You get an explanation of our project and we will explain you how we ride.
We get on the horses and make a beautiful trip to nature. We will pass our neighbours land, go on the old trails used by indigenous people (and most probable see some on the way). We enjoy a swim in the gorgeous river. Around midday we have a lunch at a local farm, and see how they live.
We will head back to the farm and finish the day!
We work with rescue horses, choosing us means giving these animals the best life ever!
We cannot accept people over 90KG, there is a maximum weight the horses can carry (20% of their body weight), and we work with local mountain horses which are not the biggest breed. But they are strong and the most useful in the terrain we are located.

What To Expect
Come and join us on our jungle tour. We will start at our Ranch and after an instruction we will hit the road. We will ride over the hills of a cow farm, which brings us to the jungle trails. At a gorgeous river beach we will take a break and go for a swim. We always see if the horses as well want to take a swim! After the swim we ride towards a farm and have a local lunch.

5.00A morning I'll never forget, I'm so grateful for this beautiful experience. The location was spectacular & untouched.. it felt like the whole area was just for us! The horses were well kept & Tommy was easy to ride! Angela was amazing we had so much fun! I have experience riding and as it was private we were able to canter/gallop allot which is unusual for most excursions. The morning felt super relaxed, authentic & free but at the same time well organised. Thanks again xxxx

5.00Great experience with Angela who took us on a horseback ride around her farm. We took a swim in a little piece of paradise in the river. We knew almost nothing about horseback riding and Angela knew how to guide us and explain how to do it. I recommend with my eyes closed. My best experience in Palomino!
We enjoyed 3 days/nights in this wonderful place. Especially the domicile (upper bungalow) was breathtaking.

5.00The best horseback riding experience of our lives! Angela has concocted an ideal program with farm visit, milking Mango cow and cheese making. After a very good local breakfast, we left for 3 hours on a ride with absolutely great horses, sweet and kind (most having been rescued from difficult situations) Angela makes us discover all the speeds and we do quite a bit of galloping (unlike the "classic" horseback ride) She explains very well the postures to precisely approach the gallop with serenity. The landscapes crossed are beautiful, we are on sacred lands of indigenous people, nature is respected. We pass through many rivers, forests, jungles to end up with a refreshing bath in the river. The ensuing lunch at the finca is just as delicious as breakfast. We leave the stars full of eyes and very grateful to Angela and all the members of the farm for the Welcoming. NB: You can book the transfer by 4x4 or motorcycle taxi to get there. Not possible on your own (river to cross) but Angela takes care of everything! They also have beautiful cabins to rent, the site is splendid. Next time we will stay here (it is closed in October and November because of rains that can make the road impassable) -> La Mona Eco Cabins. An authentic experience not to be missed if you come to Palomino A thousand thanks! ❤️🐎

5.00A very nice experience, the place shows you the beauty of nature and the calm of being in it. Horses are well cared for, they adapt to your weight and in our case to our personality😜. Our guide Eduardo, a very friendly person, shows you interesting things during the trip and is watching you at all times. I highly recommend it as it has been an unforgettable experience for us.
