Our rides begin with transportation out of Guanajuato into the mountains surrounding the town of Cubilete (close to famous Cristo Ray). Ride with us through the mountains and take in incredible panoramic views while learning about the culture and history of the area. The rides include an incredible home cooked Mexican meal traditional to the area, and talented tour guides who sing charro and ranchero music throughout your horse ride.

What To Expect
Come experience true vaquero mexican culture, live mexican music, and mexican food while our riding gentle horses through the Guanajuato Mountains. It is a truly unique experience we have cultivated just for you and your group! Our knowledgeable and bilingual cowboys love to share the culture and history of the area throughout the ride, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home in Mexico. After your ride enjoy a homemade buffet of traditional food on the side of the mountain with beautiful views. Transportation from Guanajuato Center, food, music, and the ride are all included in this wonderful experience.

5.00Horseback riding was so great! I really enjoyed spending the day up in the mountains. Especially after the stress of traveling. The ride was so peaceful and it so was great to be out of nature. The horses were perfect and our guide was knowledgeable and down to earth. This was the best thing I did on my visit. The pickup and drop off were super easy and Oscar was bilingual which was a big help. Oh, and don't forget all the pictures and videos that were given to us for free. Thank you!

5.00Had a small snag scheduling but the operator made things work and all turned out better than we could have asked. Our ride didn’t have singing, but our guide, Nicolas, was interesting, kind, and helpful. He even threw in some Spanish speaking lessons for my wife. He could not have done better. Our pickup process was smooth and lunch was great. I highly recommend.

5.00The highlight of our trip! We were met at the meeting place on time. Our driver was a sweetheart. Our guides were friendly and fun to ride with. The horses were calm, well cared for and easy to ride. We had music along our ride and singing ! They told us a bit about themselves, the area the horses and were just fantastic guides. They took great pictures of us too ! Afterwards we had a fantastic lunch while talking w our driver . The area was beautiful and we appreciated seeing the mountain area. Completely recommend this adventure.

5.00A great peaceful horseback ride through the mountains of Guanajuato with a serenade of guitar and singing. My horse Jorge was easy to ride and even a novice horse rider could join. After the ride we had a homemade lunch at a nearby stand with legit local food. I even got a bonus of going to the mummy museum and doing a mezcal tasting. The cactus mezcal was delicious and so different. Definitely added to my day. Also, Gringo the dog came along all day and loved all the attention he could get. I highly recommend Rasa Rosa GTO for a great day and authentic experience.
