We begin with a thorough safety briefing, ensuring that all riders, regardless of experience level, feel confident and secure.
The entire experience, including the safety briefing, horse preparation, and ride, lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours. With small group sizes, we provide personalized attention, making this more than just a ride—it’s a memorable, intimate adventure in nature.

What To Expect
Your horseback adventure at Metsapiiga Talu starts with a thorough safety briefing, making it perfect for all skill levels, even if it’s your first time riding. Our team will guide you through basic riding techniques and safety rules. After the briefing, you can choose to help groom and saddle the horse, or we can do it for you. This hands-on option allows you to connect with your horse before the ride begins. Once the horses are ready, we’ll set off on a scenic trail through the beautiful Jõgevamaa countryside. You’ll ride through peaceful fields, forests, and tranquil paths, experiencing the stunning natural surroundings. The ride lasts about 1-1,5 hours, depending on the route and the group's pace. The entire package, including the safety briefing and horse preparation, takes about 2,5 to 3 hours. After the ride, feel free to spend some time with the horses or relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Metsapiiga Talu. This experience offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, making it ideal for families, friends, and anyone seeking to reconnect with nature.

5.00The horseback riding experience at Metsapiiga Talu was truly special and memorable! Before the trip, you could get to know the horse better, brush it and prepare it, which gave the ride a much more personal meaning. The trip lasted approximately 3 hours and went through the beautiful nature of Jõgevamaa. Wonderful views, peaceful forests and spacious fields. I definitely recommend it!

5.00Such a relaxing experience. People were really friendly and nice. The area itself is amazing: old houses done up, hills, forest, remote, vineyard, homemade food, etc. I had a lovely time.
