What To Expect
Ride on secluded forest paths and discover spectacular landscapes! Important: Listed price covers transportation, guidance and horse for 1 hour. You can add extra time by paying an additional fee of, 30EUR/hour, at the ranch. Our trip starts with a drive from Brasov to a local ranch. A horse that matches your riding level will be assigned to you. Tips before and during the experience are provided along the way. Our route includes fields, hills and forests. Enjoy breathtaking Transylvanian landscapes and observe wildlife like deers, foxes and various bird types! Back at the ranch you'ill get insider access to the stables and interact with pure breeds like Friesian and Andalusian horses. Optional: A guided tour of a fortified Transylvanian church can be included! Important: This horseback riding experience focuses on spending quality time in nature, socializing with locals and having a quality time. The main goal of the tour aren't horseback riding lessons. Tips are provided but please don't expect intensive lessons!

Great horses stunning scenery

5.00I have been lucky enough to have ridden in some beautiful places around the world and I have to say this tour ticked a lot of boxes. The stables are run well annd organised and the horses are in good condition and look well cared for, the tack is also in good condition. The little mare that I rode was a gypsy Vanner and was forward and willing. We rode across stunning landscape with breath taking views. Vlad my tour guide for the week arranged me a private ride for theee hours which I had requested, nothing was too much trouble . My guide on the trip was Isaac, he was absolutely amazing considering he knew very little English. He tried his hardest to to communicate with me and was always mindful of my safety and the well being of the horse. This is a great way of seeing the beautiful countryside of Romania on safe well cared for horses. The trip can be tailor made around your experience .

5.00We had a fantastic day visiting a fortified church and horse riding in the country! Vlad is very friendly & knowledgeable, and we felt very safe horse riding - the trip was tailored to our riding ability. The horse ranch also has beautiful horses and a few dogs including a St Bernard.

5.00A wonderful way to spend a day. Our guide, Vlad, was patient, kind and very informative. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide. As an inexperienced horseback rider I felt very safe and comfortable. The food was delicious as well.

5.00Excepţional!! Vlad was a super nice guy. It was my first time riding a horse so he gently taught me how to do it. The view during horseriding was just outstanding that I was blown away! He also took care of my safety so I've never felt any danger throughout. After the ride, we had traditional Romanian foods for a lunch at the farm. Highly recommend!

5.00Experiencing Transylvanian nature from the horse back is highly recommended. This is the place to go; Vlad is an unusually knowledgeable and friendly guide! He has control over most things, and makes sure everyone feels safe. The staff at the ranch are also incredibly nice and hospitable. The meal was fantastic and a tour of the ranch with all the great horses was a very pleasant end to the trip. The tour of the medieval fortress was very good, and a super start of the day before riding. We will definitely recommend Vlad and Etour to others traveling to Brasov!

5.00I really liked it, friendly guide, had a good time, cute dogs on the ranch, tame Labrador. The tour of the fort is very interesting, there is no influx of tourists, magnets are cheaper, there are many museum rooms, there is room to climb and beautiful places for photos. Horseback riding with beautiful local historians, river, mountains, forest. We visited on a weekday, everything was great

5.00I absolutely recommend. I would do this again in a heartbeat and bring friends/family along next time. 1. Vlad was easy to communicate with and attentive from beginning to end. The day began at 9 AM and ended around 3 (I think. I’m still a bit delirious and jet lagged.) 2. The day is a holistic blend of stellar Romanian landscape, fresh air, nature, history, yummy food and snacks, activity and relaxation. There is nothing I would change about this experience. Perfectly timed to enjoy optimal weather and I felt like a well cared for guest. I very much appreciate the timing of food and snacks.🤣

5.00Great day out with 3 hours riding. Vlad took us on a great tour with spectacular views. Dan from the stables also took care of us. Vlad shared his knowledge of the area with such enthusiasm. Nice touches such as water at the top of the hill and taking photos / videos. Ride followed by a lovely home cooked 3 course lunch with a local drink. Tour of the fortified church was very interesting and again Vlad was a great tour guide. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
