What To Expect

4.00Nothing really. Everything is in the details when u book. Dress jeans best. A bit of a climb into the basket. But ppl do help. Footing spaces. They should have stools to step up then climb in. Landing. Squat. Or just hold onto the ropes and sit down. Basket drags along gravel and dust comes in when Landing but not a problem at all. Its a fantastic fabulous experience.

3.00The pickup at the meeting point worked great. We were at the place just in time for sunrise, unfortunately no crew was to be seen. I was really bleeding my heart when hundreds of balloons left in time. Around 8:00 a.m. a group arrived and set up our balloon quickly. The flight was ok, unfortunately we missed the balloon spectacle and sunrise.

3.00The experience with the balloon and breakfast was absolutely amazing. The 3 stars goes because of the organizer, who tried to change the day of our reservation the night before just after the payment was confirmed. The reason was because the trip "was full". He didn't answer the phone and by whatsapp he just wrote things like "I'll send you the information later". It was very dissapointing and of course the situation meant some hours of stress the night before because we have paid and we didn't know if we were going to be able to fly. Finally we ask Viator to help us and after that we received a message from the organizer confirming the tour, but very unkindly.

5.00Amazing experience overall, flight was smooth and the views were stunning. The breakfast was basic but tasty. Would have liked to have had some information on what we could view but this didn’t take anything away from the experience. Pick up was on time with a text 15 mins before to say how long. We were not dropped back at our hotel however but at the end of the road meaning we had to cross the very busy main road.
