What To Expect
Marrakech

Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Each basket accommodates up to 16 people, and there’s ample room for you to sightsee comfortably as you fly. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. take a seat in a tent overlooking the mountains and savor a delicious breakfast of Berber staples such as cornbread, pancakes, olives, fresh fruit, and mint tea. Having enjoyed breakfast. Receive a commemorative flight certificate to mark your balloon ride, and return to your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 to end your trip.

5.00Well worth the early start, well organised from start to finish with helpful crew , arriving at the camp in the dark was magical, then driving to the launch site was a spectacular sight, loading quickly into the basket and then . Up and away , our pilot was fabulous . So peaceful and serene once we were flying . A must experience

1.00Unfortunately we got a wats app message that the balloon ride was cancelled on the morning itself. We were all over the place by the driver even!! He didn't know anything either. He dropped us off at the pick-up point again without saying anything! After contacting the organization.. heard nothing more and our money €330,- not yet back!!!

From the very first moment we felt well looked after. Our pilot was excellent — confident, engaging, and informative — making the flight both smooth and magical, with breathtaking views all around. The balloon ride itself was flawless and gave us a beautiful 360° perspective of the landscapes. After landing, we were treated to a fabulous breakfast, which was the perfect way to end such a special morning. What really sets this company apart, though, is their exceptional care for their guests. One of my friends was on a very tight schedule to catch a flight, and because our flight ran slightly longer than expected, she was at risk of missing it. The team went completely above and beyond — they personally helped her get to the airport faster and even accompanied her inside to help speed up the process. This level of kindness and dedication was far beyond what anyone would normally expect. We are so grateful for their support, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough — if you’re considering a hot air balloon in Marrakech, this is absolutely the one to choose.
