The driver will meet you in hotel lobby with your name tab at fixed time, help you to take the luggage to the vehicle, and then drive directly to the cruise terminal of Shanghai Wusongkou Cruise Port.  To ensure you will have enough time to check-in the cruise, your hotel accommodation, cruise details and pick-up name need to be provided when you book the transfer. After the booking is confirmed, you will be provided with a service voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 to 48 hours prior to your departure from Shanghai, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).   We can not guarantee an English-speaking driver. Please don't worry, if you have a Chinese speaking driver. The driver is professional and he knows exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off.
