On this tour we will meet one of the most magical towns in all of Ireland: this Howth Peninsula is loaded with legends, secret trails, forests, and cliffs. It is a tour to spend the whole day, with which the guide makes every effort to ensure that the group interacts and enjoys.
We will do a totally unknown route for tourists, very typical of the inhabitants of Howth, so that magic essence is maintained throughout the tour. Movie landscapes, fairy tales, hiking and fresh air in a special group. Are you going to miss it?
The route is about 11 km and we cross forests and climb to some summit, so it is essential to have appropriate footwear to walk through the field (sneakers or hiking boots). We will also have a picnic in the forest (food not included). The train ticket is purchased at the meeting point.

Howth
We will start the tour visiting the fishing port of this typical Irish town, where with any luck we can see a gray seal. From there, based on the weather, we will decide our next point on the itinerary: we can visit Howth Castle, learn about the history of Ireland's most famous pirate captain, tour the beautiful rhododendron garden, go back in time to visit a dolmen and know its legend, we will go up to Muck Rock where we will have the best view of the bay of Dublin, we will cross a forest where we will have a picnic (it is recommended to bring something to eat), next to the fairy houses. From there, we will head towards the famous Howth cliffs, where the view of the Baily Lighthouse overwhelms. We will finish the tour walking along the cliffs and descending to the best known fishing village in eastern Ireland.
Baily Lighthouse
We will see at the back of a spectacular landscape the wonderful Baily Lighthouse, one of the icons of Howth and a magnificent place to take photos.

We did the tour with Mario... in addition to being a fantastic professional who shows passion and appreciation for the culture, he is a fantastic person with great human quality and closeness both during the explanatory stops and during the moments of rest or walking. The experience was fantastic and the route was beautiful; it is definitely worth it.

It is the first time we have done a Free Tour, and thanks to Bea, we will repeat it. What a dynamic, cheerful, and good communicator she is! She explained everything very well, and most importantly, it was so enjoyable! She sent us a WhatsApp advising us on places to visit, where to have breakfast, and where to eat. Thank you very much, Bea! And what can I say about the Tour in Howth with David! We had a great time, both with the group and with David; we talked a lot about everything, it was a luxury! Both tours and guides are highly recommended! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Jorge took us to explore the Howth peninsula in a way very different from traditional tourist tours. In addition to the classic places, he showed us the beautiful rhododendron garden and guided us on a hike to a hill with a spectacular view of Dublin and the sea. What I liked the most was that Jorge not only recommends good places to grab a snack or enjoy a beer, but he also shares the fascinating history of Ireland, from the early Viking settlements to present-day Ireland. You can tell the passion and knowledge he has about the country. We ended the tour at the cliffs, taking incredible photos and enjoying unforgettable landscapes. A completely recommended experience! 5 stars!

The guide Juanje was fantastic, very close and pending us the whole excursion. It made our journey very enjoyable by telling us curiosities along the way and took us to places that without it we would not have known how to reach. He recommended places to eat and visit. I would repeat without hesitation.

A route seeing incredible landscapes that change by the hour....all dressed up with the stories of our guide Javi. Thank you for your patience and help me crown the top! Children who always complain with this type of hiking trail... surprisingly say that it is what they liked the most about the trip!!! Greetings and see you at the next visit to Ireland!!

We did a tour with Luis, an exceptional and very friendly guide, rating that he loves his work and that he handles the subject perfectly. Luis is a biologist, explaining all the flora and fauna of Howt. A highly recommended experience and would repeat without hesitation.
