What To Expect

Tvrdava Fortica

We will start our tour with a car transfer to the Fortress for the best view (and Instagram photo) of the town and Pakleni islands. Then we will return to the town center to really get to know Hvar.

Sv. Stephen’s square or Piazza, The Place where locals meet, living room of Hvar. Theatre in the Arsenal building, after being closed for renovation for over 20 years, this year it finally opened its doors for visitors, audience and actors.

Hvar is a real open-air museum, surrounded by beautiful buildings, museums, terraces and shops. There is a relaxed atmosphere.

Tea is born and raised in Hvar, and was incredibly knowledgeable. We faced some unexpected rain right before we were supposed to start, and Tea was so flexible with her time - She proposed we wait a little longer to start our tour and was basically on call until we were ready (even saying if we started and had to stop, we could always pick it back up later). She was SO enthusiastic and nice. We had a wonderful tour, and left with a much deeper knowledge of Hvar, the people, the restaurants, and the culture. I would absolutely recommend any tour with Tea!

Great tour if you want to know about the history of Hvar. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. You get to see and hear about things you would have never known about Hvar. Recommend to those who would wish to learn more about the history of this amazing town!

We booked a private walking tour that included the Fortress. Our guide Tea was so nice and truly knowledgeable about her home island of Hvar. It was fun to get a locals insight. Tea mixed historical and modern information and connected well with our two 15 year old girls! Thanks Tea!
