1.00Take a look at all the reviews online including google before you book. You will see a pattern of behavior from the company that is unprofessional and sketchy at best. Their equipment is in a state of disrepair and they will stop at nothing to keep your deposit. They seemed to be more concerned about smoking pot behind their tent than customer service. Even if the equipment and staff were perfect the actual area provided for free riding is extremely small and the amount of jet skis within those poorly marked boundaries make for a lot of unsafe conditions and they will kick you out the moment you cross the invisible boundary regardless of the situation. I don’t like to give terrible reviews, but these guys are just out to grab your money.

1.00No call no show two days in a row! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and experience. My husband and I traveled here on our honeymoon, and were so excited to go jet skiing. They didn’t call us or tell us anything I had to reach out to them. The first day they claimed it was due to weather… the weather was fine. They rescheduled us, and the next day absolutely nothing. No answer of a call, No email, no Text nothing. This company is a scam. There are plenty other reliable jet ski companies nearby. $360 down the drain. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

1.00They took our money and did not reschedule our time. We called to tell them we were late due to standstill traffic and were told that they would wait for us. They did not!! Also, leading up to this they never answered the phone or email when we previously tried to change the reservation! Don’t waste your time and money! Other vendors were much better!
