  Really good price enjoyed the water jet skis it was worth it all the way around good experience had fun I recommend it for anybody doing it for the first time you will enjoy yourself it was a 10 out of 10

  just now New DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! We were looking for jet skis and they said they can get us on the jet skis at 4 o’clock. It was around 3:50 when we all started to pay for the jet skis, and filling out the waivers. Once we started filling out the waivers, we realize the drivers needed their IDs. None of us have been jet skiing before so we didn’t know and everyone had left their stuff in the cars. While we were still trying to finish the waivers my boyfriend and cousin went to the cars which was kind of far to go get the IDs by the time they get back to the tent, it was around 4:05 PM. The guy was telling us your time already started. You don’t get more time we said cool. While we’re finishing up, the rest of us got in the water. You would think the guys would be be ready for us to actually get on the jet skis, but he was not ready. He still had to pull them around line them up, at that point we were done with the waivers and just standing in the water waiting for him to get us on the jet skis. He was not ready and was cutting into our time even more. I know we were a little late, but you’re not even ready either. The guy was like OK we’ll give y’all another time at 5 PM, we were like cool and got out of the water to wait. Well I guess they’re boss Jose showed up and said no your time started at 4pm that’s the only time you get you can’t do another time slot. We tried to explain to him what happened and that we had to go get our IDs because none one told us we needed them until after we paid and was filling out the waivers. He was not understanding and would not let us switch to 5pm even tho they didn’t have any appointments. Eventually Jose ( the boss) told us he was canceling us. I said that’s fine can you send me an email confirmation with the refund. He said no refund we’re just canceling you guys. We never actually got on the jet skis. I understand that you need IDs for jet skis, but none of us have been on them before so we didn’t know. The guy José ( Boss) wouldn’t work with us. My family and I were even willing to wait till a different time and he was like no. But while we were standing there talking to them we also noticed they cut into other people times as well. They only have a couple jet skis , you have to wait till those people get off and set them back up . Another group at 4:30 ( we had to tell them to go garb their ID’s as well) They didn’t actually physically get on the jet skis until 4:40. Even though they were on time. I would not book with them ! They cut into your time regardless if you’re on time or not. The boss Jose was so rude to us. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars all the way around.

  My experience was super good. They treated us excellent. Super safe, reliable I recommend it 100% if you want to have a new adventure.
