What To Expect
Illusion Art Museum Prague
IAM Illusion Art Museum Prague is the first museum in the Czech Republic dedicated to illusion and trick art, located in the city centre between Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. IAM Prague's exhibitions bring to life historical illusion-making techniques in art for the 21st century, with an emphasis on selfies and social media, and invite visitors to touch and interact with all the exhibits. The exhibits will surprise you with their originality and high artistic design. Unexpected optical effects will play with your imagination and expand your visual perception of the world with new perspectives. You will see original works by Patrik Proško, Patrick Hughes, Ivana Štenclová, Zdeněk Daněk, David Strauzz.. and you will be able to draw with light using the technique of Alex Dowis.

5.00We took our 4 and 6yr-old kids to visit the museum, and everyone absolutely enjoyed it! The museum personnel Adam and Tomas are so patient and friendly, guided us through and took many funny pictures for us. I would recommend the museum to everyone, and you would see a bit different perspective of Prague

5.00I.A.M. is an excellent experience for all, my wife and I spent over 2-hours and had a great time, the imagination and talent to create the illusions is amazing, the staff are great; Special thank you goes to Viki, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure we had a great time and took photos of us in the exhibits. We would definitely visit again - well worth it.

5.00Very fun and interactive. You have to use your Cell Phone camera a lot. One of the guides, Ilda, was fantastic and took so many pics of us! She helped us figure out all the right angles. You need a museum helper to do the museum. You can see it all in an hour. Loved it!
