Informative tour in a really beautiful city in Romania-Iasi

5.00It was a very informative tour, but the city itself is definitely worth visiting, the city that historically located on the territory of Moldova and is now the third largest in Romania. Especially outstanding is historical Palace of Cultures with its architecture, also St. Paraschiva Metropolitan Cathedral and many more buildings. City itself is clean, decorated with lots of flowers.
Iasi guided tour is not to be missed

5.00Full day private tour with an english speaking Guide. We visited all the best and interesting tourist sites in Iasi. Our guide was charming friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The itinerary was flexible to suit our preferences. If you’re looking to learn more about history culture geography of the local area this tour is well recommended.

5.00Best decision ever to do our 3 day Roots trip to Iasi, Botosani, Dorohoi and Piatria Neamts. Great vehicle and driver, and and an absolutely amazing tour guide that looked after us as if we were her very own family. Would whole heartedly 100% recommend !

5.00Excellent guide who knows lasi like the back of his hand. Mihai, was superb. Very strong English and even some Russian language skills too. He was able to identify historical lasi locations within minutes and locate excellent restaurants on the fly. Really enjoyed the tour by foot and car. lasi is an underrated city. Mihai is the guide to use.

5.00We got picked up at the train station. We learned a lot about the interesting history of Iași and Moldova. We got to visit quite a few of the oldest buildings in the city. Our guide Iulian was full of knowledge, and very informative.

5.00My guide Iulian was resourceful and knowledgeable, so I felt like I had come away from the city tour with a good idea of the history of its major landmarks and the city. I think I might have gotten lucky, but I was able to take a peak into the Iasi National Theatre, which was quite beautiful. I only wish I had more time to visit the museums in the Palace of Culture, but I was fortunate to be in the city while they had live opera in front of the Palace of Culture and various food stalls behind it for a festive evening. My guide also treated me to a pastry from a nearby patisserie, and it was quite frankly the best dessert I had while in Romania.
