This snorkel cruise shipped out from Pelican Pier at 2pm and made 2 stops. First stop at Boca Catalina and 2nd stop at a sunken shipwreck. The 2nd stop was very choppy. The crew were informative and friendly. Open bar and snacks were provided. There were about 12 passengers so that was a nice advantage especially with hopping in the water and getting back on board via the drop down ladder. We would definitely take this excursion again if we return to Aruba.

This is an inexpensive way to enjoy a boat ride, an open bar, and a little … unsafe snorkeling. I’ll preface this review with the fact that I grew up snorkeling / diving in the Caribbean (mainly in Grand Cayman)- I only say this to emphasize 1. I am an advanced swimmer and 2. I know what snorkeling is and can be. I take MAJOR issue with the first stop on our ride- the shipwreck. The conditions were simply dangerous. We were snorkeling basically under another tour boat that was out for the day. The waves and current were tremendously strong. I almost immediately realized once we got in the water we should get back on the boat. The second stop was better. There was a nice reef, but again surrounded by other tour boats. The water was much calmer. The crew was very occupied with flirting and dancing with a group of girls on the boat. This is fine except for when you have 16 lives bobbing out to sea with little to no direction or monitoring. The Captain was the only one who seemed to care if we were dead or alive. It was fine. I wouldn’t do it again. And I wouldn’t bring kids.

Great snorkeling adventure! Saw sea urchin, plenty of fish and coral. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscious especially when snorkeling in open water near the shipwreck. Saw a sea turtle and many other fish near this site. They had beverages and snacks on the catamaran.

Amazing first time snorkeling in open water. Great view of a wide variety of colorful tropical fish of all sizes. Saw tubular and brain corals and others less easy to identify. Perfectly calm snorkeling water at Boca Catalina with a little more challenging current and choppy waters around the Antilla ship wreck. Lot’s of fish at the shipwreck as well. Perfect experience for first timers, although we went with some pool instruction and our own equipment. Staff were fantastic, all lifeguards, and safety focused.

The crew were awesome, fun, and entertaining. The experience was wonderful, cruising along the coast, followed by a couple stops for snorkling, and a brief bbq lunch. Overall a great time

First location very easy snorkeling, pristine ocean. Second site, the wreck, much more challenging in open ocean with some surface current, not fr little kids. Both excellent variety of fish to see.
