Exceptional organization and very professional attitude. We saw everything most interesting from the Brazilian and Argentine side of the waterfall. Our guide William told us all the most interesting and useful information, helped us with tickets and reservations and other activities that we included at the last minute. He helped us with a helicopter tour, a dinner with a tango show and a reserve with rare birds. I highly recommend the service that the company offers.

We just finished our day tour with Fernando and it was such a wonderful experience! Fernando knew the best way to structure the day to give us the best viewing opportunities while avoiding the worst of the heat and the worst of the crowds. He gave excellent tips on where to take photos and even took a few pictures of our family for us at those spots. (Including when a butterfly landed on my thumb!) He gave us time to enjoy each location as we wanted and was ready to guide us to each new spot when we were ready to move on. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw during the day, as well. We were also well guided with the admission process at both parks and Fernando really made us feel like VIPs. I will definitely be recommending this tour with this company to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Iguaçu. Thank you for such a lasting memory!!!

William was a fantastic guide. We were collected at 7pm in a comfortable car and taken over the border into Argentina. We were dropped at the gate, William got our tickets and we boarded the train. The Devil’s throat and the Bonetti falls were beyond spectacular. Then back into Brazil and a stop for lunch at the magnificent Refrain steakhouse and into the Igazu National Park, all by the same comfortable car. The views from Brazil as incredible as there’s water all around you. Just an amazing day - well done William 👍
