William was a fantastic guide. We were collected at 7pm in a comfortable car and taken over the border into Argentina. We were dropped at the gate, William got our tickets and we boarded the train. The Devil’s throat and the Bonetti falls were beyond spectacular. Then back into Brazil and a stop for lunch at the magnificent Refrain steakhouse and into the Igazu National Park, all by the same comfortable car. The views from Brazil as incredible as there’s water all around you. Just an amazing day - well done William 👍

We had an amazing day with our tour guide, Cristian. He is very attentive and professional and took care of everything for us. Visiting the two sides with 2 kids could have been stressful, but with our tour guide everything went smoothly and everyone was happy! The tour guides also have preferential access which can save a lot of time. Cristian knew all the ways to go to the various spots at the best times. Highly recommended!

Best tour ever and best guide ever! Christian made sure we accomplished our goals for the day. Not only did he make sure that we get to do what we wanted, he made sure our experience was an amazing one and beyond compare. We got to experience the park before it opened to the public in the morning. We didn’t have to contend with the crowds, took our time to soak in the experience. Highly recommend Christian. I wouldn’t do Iguazo any other way.

The number of tour options to visit the Iguazu Falls on TripAdvisor can be overwhelming. There are group and private tours, visits to the Argentine or Brazilian side, spread over one or two days. We chose a private day tour to visit both sides in one day – and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! The preparation was smooth thanks to Christian, who provided us with detailed information via WhatsApp. All our questions were answered promptly, and we received the name of our guide, Leandro, along with confirmation that he would pick us up at the hotel. Sure enough, in the morning, Leandro was already waiting for us in the hotel lobby. We started our trip in a comfortable car with great air conditioning. One thing that stood out immediately was his excellent language skills (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) – something not very common in Brazil. He gave us a clear overview of the day’s itinerary and drove calmly and safely. Leandro’s added value as a guide was exceptional. He continuously provided explanations and useful tips about the different parks, pointed out the best viewpoints, restrooms, and places to buy drinks, and proved to be an excellent wildlife spotter. His knowledge of the local fauna, flora, and park history was impressive, and he shared it in an engaging and interactive way. On top of that, he handled all the practical aspects: he arranged the park tickets, the train rides, and even the passport control at the Argentine border. We never felt rushed; our own pace dictated the rhythm of the day. The waterfalls themselves are already a breathtaking natural wonder, but Leandro’s guidance took our experience to another level. His attention to detail, expertise, and friendly attitude made this a day we will never forget. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Iguazu in the best possible way! We did the visit to the Iguazu falls with the guide Leandro. He was punctually on time to pick us up at the reception of our hotel. Leandro was very friendly and very helpful. At the customs transition from Argentina to Brazil he arranged everything for us. He even arranged Argentine money for us to buy the tickets because we couldn't do it online. He explained everything in fluent English. It was a luxury to be able to do the tour privately with Leandro. In many places we got priority because we did the visit with the guide Leandro. The day went super smooth. It is highly recommended. Christian and Leandro are super!!!!
