Meeting point if you're driving yourself, as well as quick opportunity for bathroom break, purchase smoothie, empanadas.
El Yunque National Forest
Our day will begin with a moderate to medium level hike, discussing local flora/fauna native to Puerto Rico, as well as key roles these played in our indigenous roots on the island. FHike is about 20 min into the rainforest (approx. 1 mile, or 4 laps around a track.) Upon arrival, we will set any belongings we have brought with us to the side and continue up another 10 min (.25 miles) to the natural water slide where we will be swimming. Life vests will be provided. Once every guest goes down the water slide, we will return to where we left our belongings to enjoy some small but exciting jumps and rope swing. For all your hard work we will cut fresh seasonal fruit! All activities will be recorded and photos will be taken throughout your journey! Photos or it didn't happen!

5.00The hike was an amazing immersive experience! We trekked through water, mud, tree roots, and rocks to finish at the small waterfall at the end where you can slide down it! During the trek, we saw the lush foliage and the pristine flowing water! It was an unforgettable experience that every nature lover should do! PS - bring shoes you don’t mind getting wet and muddy!

5.00Great, positive, and experienced guides and well organized excursion! Even before the trip started we received guidance to wear shoes with traction and also were told to expect everything we wore to get drenched. Our excellent guides Rene and Sebas made the tour enjoyable and safe at the same time. They clearly communicated changes in the terrain as the hike and later the climb progreased. Because by the river the terrain is wet and rocky they gave us key advice to avoid slipping and were hands on in guiding us and making sure as we climbed to lend us a hand when the terrain was more challenging. One guide was in front guiding the way and the other guide was in the midst of the group to make sure everyone was progressing well. My 5 year old sometimes needed extra help climbing and they were able to anticipate when we might need more help with her during steeper areas of the climb to the natural waterslides or areas of the river that had a stronger current. They also took wonderful photos and videos of us going down the waterslides and sent them to us after. Would highly recommend this tour and I will be looking for other tours by Tranki tours given how well run and enjoyable this tour was. Recommend without reservation to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the rainforest and natural water slides with an experienced team.

5.00We had the best experience with our guide, Tristan!. We got into P.R. late last night and almost skipped the tour as we were exhausted! But we got up and we are so glad we did! Tristan was very knowledgeable, funny, friendly and offered great advice for places to check out around the island. Sliding down the waterfalls was so much fun! We are so grateful for Tristan and Tranki Tours for an absolutely unforgettable day! We will definitely book another tour with them again!

5.00Hands down the best tour guide! Sebas was amazing—super friendly, fun, and full of great vibes. He made the entire experience unforgettable with his knowledge, energy, and awesome personality. He truly does everything in his power to help you and encourages you to try and do what you thought you weren’t capable of. Whenever things got challenging, he was right there supporting and motivating us every step of the way. Everything was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish, and the fresh fruit afterwards was absolutely amazing and such a perfect touch. You can really tell Sebas loves what he does, and it shows in how he treats everyone. We had the best experience and would 100% recommend him to anyone!

4.00Ok, this tour is not for the faint of heart. You will be walking on pebbles and stones that are very slippery as well as climbing over boulders, larger stones, and going through water, which is also slippery. You’ll be climbing steep stairs as well. I cannot stress enough to have supportive water shoes to wear on this adventure. Also, don’t wear anything that you don’t want ruined. Both my husband and I sustained many scratches on our legs from this tour. We are both in our mid 50s and generally not very active though.
